Dr Ramos and her staff are the best especially Meagan her Hygienist. They really made me feel at ease and explained every step of there plan for me and my teeths health . Upon leaving a message I was called back with 24 hrs, and seen the following day! The office staff were awesome, friendly and patient. I especially loved the dental assistant Jose, he was so kind in making me feel at ease, ( he even got me a blanket because I was cold!) such a great compassionate guy. I saw Dr. Ramirez and she was very thorough, relieved my discomfort and was super efficient. Plus they took my insurance coverage which was a bonus. Even though my case needed more than a standard restoration, they still managed to save my tooth! Dragonfly Dental of Port Charlotte - Port Charlotte Robert Netz: I recently went to Dragonfly dental for a deep cleaning of my teeth. This group of dental professionals were very helpful in keeping me relaxed during the time it took to do the procedure. From the young lady at the front desk to the dentist doing the procedure, everyone was very friendly and explained everything that was going to happen before they did it so there were no surprises. My experience was pain free and I felt very confident and comfortable during the entire process. I would highly recommend Dragonfly dental for any dental procedures that you may need. I live three hours away he is so professional and quite an interesting man I am driving back here from Ft. Lauderdale to have him do some more work. For the right smile the drive is nothing may I add his staff is fantastic all long time employees. He carefully and slowly explained our dental situation to us in a caring and courteous manner. He took time with us not like some other dentists who move quickly from room to room seeing several patients simultaneously. He was very proactive in helping us maintain good dental health. He was also very sensitive to making our dental experiences as painless as possible. Finally, other dentists have verified the excellent work done by Dr. Rand when they have examined our teeth. We heartily recommend Dr. Rand for any dental procedures.

Florida Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Port Charlotte Bonnie Fern: I have been to their office before they moved and twice now to their new location. Im an apprehensive patient and have had several extractions, all under sedation. I have been pleased with my experience every time. I saw Dr. Hernandez on my last two visits. He was friendly, caring and professional, as was all of the rest if the staff. They really hit 5 stars on evey facet of my experience, and thats rare. Initial phone contact was pleasant and helpful. I got help with coordinating the referral and was able to get in quickly, which was a Godsend since my tooth went from "just letting me know its there" to "Gosh, this is starting to hurt". Front desk nice, intake, financing, all friendly, helpful and professional. Nursing/surgical staff outstanding! I can highly recommend this office, speaking as an elderly and quite "chicken" patient and retired dentist).
