5 /5 Bonnie Fern: I have been to their office before they moved and twice now to their new location. Im an apprehensive patient and have had several extractions, all under sedation. I have been pleased with my experience every time. I saw Dr. Hernandez on my last two visits. He was friendly, caring and professional, as was all of the rest if the staff. They really hit 5 stars on evey facet of my experience, and thats rare. Initial phone contact was pleasant and helpful. I got help with coordinating the referral and was able to get in quickly, which was a Godsend since my tooth went from "just letting me know its there" to "Gosh, this is starting to hurt". Front desk nice, intake, financing, all friendly, helpful and professional. Nursing/surgical staff outstanding! I can highly recommend this office, speaking as an elderly and quite "chicken" patient and retired dentist).

5 /5 Jon Siemonski: I’m probably still feeling the affects of anesthesia but my experience this morning was pretty good. Very caring assistants who were thorough and complete. In and out around about an hour. Doc was great!

5 /5 Roz H: Im not sure what happened to my first review of April 2, 2025 but I just want to restate that Dr. Zastro, who did my first procedure, was fantastic along with Barb her assistant. Both made me feel extremely comfortable about having a cracked molar removed. I also mentioned Matt, Nicole (front desk) who were extremely proficient and accommodating. Great professional business with hands down the absolute best staff in all of SWFL! 4/27/25 Thank you Dr. Zastro, for your kindness in fitting me in for my procedure on 4/25/25. Dr. Zastro couldnt have been more accommodating along with her assistant Stacey and again the pleasantness and reassurance of Barb! You guys are the absolute best!!! Thanks again! Dr. Rodriguez was so kind, pleasant and reassuring. Hes very calming and mild mannered which helped calm my anxiety for my bone spur after surgery. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure to extract it. Thank you to Patricia as well. She was wicked awesome in every way. She was very kind, pleasant, and professional in assisting me to the consultation room, assisting Dr. Rodriguez as well as following through with my care till my next visit explaining the procedure quite thoroughly as well. Also want to thank Matt who expedited my appointment and took the time to listen to my concerns. Hats off to Nicole as well who checked me in. They are both very pleasant and caring with their concerns. Thanks Barb as always, you were there to say, "Hello" with your wicked great sense of humor. Everyone really makes you feel like family!! 5 /5 Joseph Knapek: I had my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Rodriguez-Reyes just over 3 days ago. The procedure was extremely simple.... I was in and out within an hour. Up to this point I have felt no discomfort or pain whatsoever. I would 100% recommend FOMS for any procedures you may need!!!

5 /5 Frank Cannistraci: Very supportive when I was super nervous about anesthesia and having surgery for my impacted wisdom tooth that was deep to be removed. They explained everything very well and answered any questions. Was rather quick and they called to check on how I was doing that night and I have a post op appointment in two week’s as well. Very good bedside manner. Very professional. They let me know the price and that is what it was, not an estimate. Nothing added.
