She has helped me not only learn about my health but improve it and I am so grateful to have her as my doctor. Also, her team is absolutely incredible! I am a really hard stick and Winda can always find my veins, Tara is an incredible nurse and is very knowledgeable, and Amy and Natalie at the front are incredibly friendly. 10/10 practice!

5 /5 MH RM: As someone who is not a fan to go to a doctors appt, I had a great experience! Wenda and Dr. Jennifer Ezavin made my surgical clearance appt easy peazy. They are fun and personable and make the daunting tasks (bloodwork) a breeze. I can tell they really care about their patients- I felt like they saw me as a person and not just a number. The office was also very clean and well kept. I would 10000000 percent recommend this office and staff to anyone. Thank you so much!

5 /5 Debbie Kublin: This is a wonderful practice. It is so reassuring to know that they are there for anything that needs to be addressed. Referrals, labs, and scans are done right away. You can always reach them. Dr. Jenn is great and the whole team/practice is amazing.

They were so comforting and helped me gather everything I needed for clearance and made it a breeze! Made other needed appts on my behalf, beyond helpful. Dr Jen is so kind and wonderful. Nathalie and Laveita are the best nurse/staff I have ever encountered!! Patient, so friendly and caring. Makes me never want to go back to my regular PCP again. I will definitely be back, I can’t thank them enough. They are the best!!!

Their service has been wonderful and they have been so attentive and caring. We have seen Dr Dailey and NP Jason, I cannot describe how wonderful and thorough they are. Same day appointment, taken right back, quick testing and results, prescriptions were ready before I even got home. Thank you guys. I am so impressed with your office.

shelby: i had an endoscopy here and i was very very nervous like you have no idea. and after reading the mixed reviews i was even more concerned. but my experience here was truly so wonderful. even the front desk lady who assisted me was nice and helpful. the nurses in the prep area were beyond amazing, Raymond and i wish i remember the other girls name she was so kind and warm and comforting. and the anesthesiologist dr. Carlson just wow! he explained everything and answered my questions so nicely. i asked for an extra blanket and he gave me 2!! i could cry i was so relieved with the care i received from these people. though i will say in the recovering area which had different nurses it was not the same experience, i was told i would get water or juice and crackers and i was not even offered. i felt i was rushed out to leave and within less than 5 minutes of waking up i was out the door. thank you to the nurses in the prep area, Raymond, Dr. Carlson, you all helped me tremendously and set the bar. i hope others can learn from your care and kindness. they also call you to check on how you’re doing the next day!

Alexandria Aguilar: Dr. Hughes is the ultimate best vet! Dr. Roof diagnosed my Maltese with heart murmur and sadly it did develop into heart conditions. I’m thankful for Roof and Hughes as they gave me an added year and half with my fur baby. When it was time to put her down Dr. Hughes offered me much comfort in such a difficult time. My second dog Henry, sadly passed away 6 months later and Dr. Roof was able to help me during that time as I was split between Florida and Georgia. They are both some of the greatest vets I’ve ever experienced in my life. Currently my rescue, Niko is under their care. I treat my animals like I would my children so they get nothing but the best in medical care. Love Pet Medical center and I recommend all my friends with pets to them.

Loraine Warren: I was seen on time, didnt have to wait in the lobby or exam room. The staff greeted me enthusiastically, not to be polite, they actually knew who I was. Dr Levy is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner, the same as when I first met him 10 years ago. Sara is great as are Dr Phillips and Brandon. They are a great support team. Gabby is very accommodating and kind. The ladies at the front and in the back are friendly and professional. I have recommended Dr Levy many times over the last 10 years with confidence.
