2 /5 Alexis Alexander: I’m giving this salon 2 stars despite the quality of the nail set due to poor communication and customer service. I always call ahead to confirm pricing before booking at new salons, and I was told a full set French tip with a regular pedicure would be $105 total. However, when it was time to pay—without the pedicure, since I had to reschedule—I was charged $70. When I questioned the price increase, I was told it was because I got dip powder (which I never requested) and a removal fee. The only additional charge I expected was the $5 removal fee, not a jump from $55 to $70.
The receptionist acknowledged the miscommunication and apologized, but the manager was dismissive, which ultimately led me to not even schedule the pedicure and return. I don’t appreciate when customers are penalized for a salon’s mistake, especially when the service itself was already lackluster. I won’t be back.
