We have been patients with the group for many years and would not think to go elsewhere. All of the dentists, techs, hygienists and staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. My recent experience involved the loss of a crown at night. I was able to be seen and treated by Dr Perkins and I believe the technicians name was Missy. They were both outstanding in my treatment and care, continually making sure I was comfortable, and remained after hours to finish my procedure, which as I have said was done expertly. They did not rush but instead made sure all aspects of my treatment were done in the best manner possibly. I would definitely give a 5 star rating to Dr Perkins, Missy and all of the Cooper Dental Group.

Nicol Ardito: Dr. McCrary performed the cleaning (not sure why no dental hygienist), and did not even clean the top left side of my teeth. She cleaned my teeth in 7 minutes, needless to say, my teeth were no clean!. When I told her my eye teeth were sensitive, she told me to buy a sensitive tooth paste. No other options offered. The woman who polished my teeth did so in 2 minutes. Terrible experience, and would NEVER go back! Stay away!

I’ve never had a dentist do that before. The office staff is top notch, polite, and easy to get in contact with. I’ve had to bring my 4 year old son a couple of times and everyone was so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this office!

Leonella Camacho Mora: I had the opportunity to visit this dental office twice, both with my husband and my daughter Cecilia. However, today my experience was very negative. First, I was told that children are not allowed, although I was never informed of this before, and I didn’t see any sign during my previous visits. Additionally, I was told I made a mistake when writing the names on the registration form, but no one explained that I needed to flip the page. I believe it’s the receptionist’s responsibility to ensure the form is completed correctly and to provide clear instructions. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I had to leave because I wasn’t allowed to stay with my daughter, which was very frustrating. To top it off, I was informed that I had to pay a cancellation fee, which wasn’t fair since the situation wasn’t made clear from the start. Because of all of this, I’ve decided not to return to this office.
