Jacky I had a relatively small crack in teeth but I was panicking since I don’t have dental coverage in my insurance plan. I call between 10 to 15 different dentistry in the area. From the call alone, the Lakeside Dentist were the most helpful and straightforward with information and pricing. What they tell you is what you are paying, none of that “starting at” or some additional fee BS. The visit was one of the best I’ve ever been to, the dentist and assistant were reassuring and they were able to fix it with some quick polishing. 10/10 would recommend, especially to those like me who’s insurance policy is just terrible and doesn’t cover dental.

Eric Anderson Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Service was also fantastic. Never been to a dentist that had heating and massaging chairs to relax you. Was a nice touch. The hygienist and Dr. were very good at their jobs and explained what was happening and why which was helpful. The office manager who helped work up the plan going forward was also fantastic to work with! Will be using this dentist going forward.

Karen Vincent I was referred here by the VA and they took very good care of me! Customer service is excellent! The VA told me I was coming in to have a filling done when the VA actually scheduled me for an exam. The Dr. went out of her way to fit me into the schedule and do the filling the same day! Nice clean facility and everyone was very happy and friendly. Thank you so much for your time and for making my tooth whole again. I appreciate you!

Robin Forster Best Dental experience I’ve ever had! Amazing staff! I had not been to a dentist in a long time due to a car accident which involve a broken neck and titanium being installed in my spine. My mouth was in trouble but within two hours, after tons of laughs….I was walking out there with a game plan. Pretty smile here I come!

Miss Peaches Service was great outside the receptionist. Receptionist didn’t create a friendly environment by failing to greet upon arrival. I asked questions about initial appointment receipt and was told pricing and service should’ve been reviewed during last appointment. I was seeking clarity being that I paid out of pocket to determine if I was dropping Humana dental insurance. I was also interested in Aspen Dental Savings but decided not to ask further questions. The dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist/doctor was amazing. They did a wonderful job with making me feel comfortable, provided blankets, and constant check ins.

Jeffrey Krumeich Dr. Jungermann is the best in the business. I am not a fan of root canals as a general rule, but the Doctor did an excellent job. Aside from being extremely competent, she communicates well, creates a very relaxed atmosphere, and works in close concert with her assistant. Very impressive. End result: a very professional and successful outcome. I give her my highest recommendation.

Kathleen Brehm I have had 3-4 root canal procedures in my 70 years, all of which were nightmarish and tested my fortitude to continue to conclusion. Today Dr. Jungermann had a really calm manner, explained each step as we went, and made the experience seem easy (I don’t use that word lightly!). She in- sured i was numb enough and went about the business with calm efficiency. It’s 7 hours later and i feel pretty good. would I recommend Dr. Jungermann? Without hesitation!

Tammy Alecce I’ve been going to Margarita, my Hygienist, and have never been disappointed. The entire staff have always been very pleasant and accommodating. I never felt like I was a number, they never rushed any procedures. Very happy & respectful office. My Dentist Dr Schmidtti, was very pleasant and compassionate. She made sure I was comfortable and content throughout my entire procedure. Raina the Receptionist has been AWESOME from day one. She is always on top of things. I would HIGHLY recommend this office and staff.

susan turner Left the office crying. I have a chipped front tooth. Went in to get fixed, but ended up going through all the xrays and usualy crap. At the end of all that I thought they were going to fix my tooth. I understand I needed other things done, but my tooth needed immediate attention. My insurance pays for regular cleanings, but because they have a deal with my insurance company I guess they dont get paid as much as they want, so they would not do any work whatsoever until I paid over $200 for a deep cleaning. I explained to them that I am not paying anything that my insurance will not cover and they just sat there staring at me and refused to try and work with me. I ended up leaving in tears. A friend of mine when through the exact same thing at another aspen dental. So this tells me they just want you to make more money out of you. Oh and they wanted me to buy this really expensive toothbrush... They do not care about their patients, they are just out for the money...

Juan Eduardo Carrion Ramos First time on Aspen Dental of Ormond Beach located at 1298 West Granada Boulevard . Great customer service from the beginning of my appointment until the end. They took their time to explain to me everything that I needed to get done. They understood that I needed some accommodations for the time of my appointments. They offered a way for me to get the cost of my treatment that it was not covered by my insurance way easier. Very happy with their service.

Janice Bontempo I had an exam, and they gave me the bill to have all my work done for my teeth They told me if I pay $4000.00 that my insurance was excellent and it will cover everything else. So i paid the $4000.00 and had the work done which my new dentist said they overcharged me for everything. Now they are saying my insurance didnt really cover much and I owe over $3000.00 dollars omg they didnt do over $7000.00 worth of work in my mouth. Also an x employee informed me that they are told to tell all their patients that they have great insurance and get them to sign the work up bill because it states whatever the insurance doesnt pay the patient is responsible to pay. This is so misleading and what a scam they are running We sign up to have the work done and they come back at us to pay because they know before hand what and what not the insurance will cover

Sandra R. Horrible, I agree with all the bad reviews here. I should have read it before going to this office. Dirty, arm rest chair broken, George Feranndez (dental assistant) did not use plastic to cover the lamp and headrest, low class service, rude, unprofessional, passive aggressive, they are lazy just gossiping and making fun of the patients.. Run away from this place, Very low class in many ways. Let’s see if manager passes my email report to Corporate Office.

Briana Spivey My husband had his root canal scheduled here with Dr Shiru Cherian. After being number he still felt pain and when he told the doctor he was ignored and no attempt was made to renumb the area, the doctor just continually complained about there being no space and not being able to see over and over again. Now less than 2 hours after being numbed he feels an excruciating amount of pain in the nerve area that was aggravated. The office staff and other helpers were excellent but we’d give this doctor 0 stars if we could.

Melissa Arnau My husband had been seen today the doctor and dental assistant great people the office manager Tiffany absolutely not a good person. My husband got a referral to go to deland Greensburg dental the doctor said to mack sure we get in today or tomorrow. I asked her to call and tell them the doctor said it was an emergency to get my husbands tooth taken out and pain meds but Tiffany told me no and to go look for my own oral surgeon. When I asked her for the directors name she told me call corporate. She needs to seriously be demoted or fired due to no personal skills. She is not a good person because my husbands has severe bleeding in his mouth due to this tooth and she could care less.

Shannon Hermann Every person that works there has been awesome and friendly!! Everybody works together and communicates well. They all made me feel at ease. The Dentist and the Hygienist listened to, and answered all of my questions. And never made me feel like I was bothering them. In fact, they didnt attempt to leave the room until I felt all my questions were answered. I am very happy I found this group!!

Lynne Albanese This was my first visit to My Port Orange Dentist and I am happy to report I was very pleased. The gentleman at the front desk was simply lovely. Very pleasant and upbeat. My hygienist, Rachel, was very thorough and informative. She really took the time to explain my treatment plan and options. I did not spend a lot of time with Dr. Ruano (it was not necessary this visit), but he seems lovely as well. All in all, I very nice experience.

Nikki Have been a patient for 7 years. Dr. Moriatis is fantastic. Any discrepancy with billing has been taken care of as if it were their problem. All of the staff is wonderful and cant think of a complaint. But what stood out to me this time was their new hygienist. Super informative, presentable and great bed side manner. Explains all options without feeling obligated or made to feel indifferent that youre teeth arent pristine.

Julia Gottlin I have been going to this location for years. Staff is friendly and I always feel clean when I leave. They recently got a new hygienist named Courtney and she was wonderful. Professional but we also had a few laughs! She explained what she was doing it as she was doing it and gave me some cleaning pointers to take home for my own routine. I definitely would have her again as my hygienist!

pharmtech56 Dr was great. Receptionists were great. Wait time was just a few minutes. However, I would have preferred to have a tech that knew how to work the equipment and be able to explain the dental terminology questions she was asking me. After my exam, the tech Kay, left the room as I still laid there with the light shining in my face. After several minutes I got up and stuck my head out the hallway to find her working on a computer with someone helping her. She stated she was working on my treatment plan. OK thats good. A simple statement like, "OK, you can get up now while I go work on your treatment plan", would have been nice.

Soda Pop Horrible waste of my time. Called to make a new patient appt. They placed me on the schedule. I told them I just had an exam at an out of network dentist in New Smyrna Beach. I requested my x-rays be sent over. I was told to call in two days later and make sure they had them. I did so. I get a call today telling me that they can read my panoramic X-rays but they still want me to pay an additional $115 for new X-rays in order to be seen. I told them to cancel my appointment. They had no problem in doing so. I could go to any dentist and get a cleaning without X-rays for under $100. I kept talking to people that were in the so-called call center. One of them tried to give me information on my benefits that was completely wrong. She told me I was only allowed one cleaning per year. I told her I worked for the company and that is not true I get two cleanings and two exams a year. She stood corrected. This place seems like a scam.

Mistakingly, I took my children to another dentist in the area who was not very professional and also recommended highly unnecessary treatments for my 15 year old. After receiving much better care and an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan from Dr. Drake, I moved my families care over to his office. The entire staff is kind and professional and my " dentist- fearing" daughter even said it was much more pleasant than she expected. Its rare to find a dentist office that goes above and beyond. Blessed we found one.

C Rivers LOOK BELOW FOR EDIT: For a first exam after not going to a dentist for YEARS. Everyone is soooooo nice. Miss Ronda was the best a making me feel at ease. Never been a fan of dentists and have had bad extinction the past. Very happy with them now so far. After going back and forth with sage trying to get copies of my X-rays I still have not. The ladies who answer the phone, when they do answer point blank told me, I’m by myself and I can’t do it. She then hung up. This has now cost me $200+ in X-rays from other dentist as refuse to ever go back to this place. How horrible to treat patients, new or old like this. Now to file a formal complaint with the company.

Called the cornerstone office they pick up the phone in two rings as an existing customer to be placed on hold more than fifteen minutes. Finally someone was able to help by the name of ladyjean that was so helpful and kind and was able to set up the appointment thank you again

Amy Hucker The hygienists and dentists here are wonderful. My issue was with spending over an hour in the waiting room and never being called back prior to having to reschedule for the next morning since my babysitter needed to leave. When I went back the next morning, I still spent over half an hour in the waiting room. While I waited, the office manager loudly kept talking about how great they are at their position meanwhile Ive been waiting two days in a row with little to no communication. Based on this appointment, I wouldnt be coming back if it werent for the good work of the hygienists and dentists.

Lin Polinsky I broke a tooth. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The office staff was extremely friendly and efficient! When I arrived I had to only wait 5 minutes. I saw dr Perkins who was wonderful. He fixed my tooth quickly and painlessly. Everyone in the office was upbeat. What a great atmosphere! Thank you!

Courtney Shaw What an amazing experience for my daughter whom is 7 years old, and definitely not fond of the dentist. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Greene, Eli, and his assistants. We went through different dentist since Sept of 2024, we have finally found someone to help finish up some of her dental work by adding a much needed crown. He was able to do the crown the same day as consultation, and what an amazing job he did! He has excellent bed side manners with kids as well as very gentle, I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist! We will be switching to this practice permanently after experiencing such good care from Dr Greene and his staff! Thank you guys again, we will see you soon!
