Karen Blake: While on vacation Hurricane Debbie hit, lots of wind and rain. So much rain, the streets were completely flooded. Our battery barely kept a charge. We knew something was wrong so I called many mechanics and most of them were closed. I found The Shop by luck and happy we did. Brea answered the phone with outstanding and friendly communication skills. I told her the situation that we were out of state and she immediately gave us an appointment for that day. Scott looked at my vehicle, found out it was the alternator and put another one the same day. We were so thrilled to be able to get our car back in one day - What Prompt and Outstanding Service I must say! Scott even called us up to make sure everything was working. Finally I found an !!HONEST!!! mechanic he found the issue immediately (a bad spark plug) go figure!! I spent hundreds trying to find the issue and it was just a spark plug.
