    Karen Blake: While on vacation Hurricane Debbie hit, lots of wind and rain. So much rain, the streets were completely flooded. Our battery barely kept a charge. We knew something was wrong so I called many mechanics and most of them were closed. I found The Shop by luck and happy we did. Brea answered the phone with outstanding and friendly communication skills. I told her the situation that we were out of state and she immediately gave us an appointment for that day. Scott looked at my vehicle, found out it was the alternator and put another one the same day. We were so thrilled to be able to get our car back in one day - What Prompt and Outstanding Service I must say! Scott even called us up to make sure everything was working. This is the first time anyone has ever called to check Thank You So Much Scott and Brea for being so nice, caring individuals with amazing service. If we are ever in town we know where to go if we need any service. We Appreciate all that you have done so we could finish our vacation and make it home safely.     Lou Sicardo: I started looking for a good mechanic due to an issue with my son’s vehicle that “no one” could fix, they just kept charging me for other parts that didn’t need replacing. Finally I found an !!HONEST!!! mechanic he found the issue immediately (a bad spark plug) go figure!! I spent hundreds trying to find the issue and it was just a spark plug. Contis Auto Repair has very reasonable prices, quick turnaround, and very knowledgeable about all aspects on any vehicle. I took my car here for some alignment work, and the shop owner kept trying to sell me tires that were the wrong size for my car! the tech working on my car for rude and belligerent with me about my presence in the shop, and the space around there is so tight theres barely any room for them to work. This place isnt worth any savings.
