Im a 19 year dedicated customer and have maintained 3 cars with them. From basic services to major repairs these guys are 10 times better than any dealership at about 35% or less out of pocket. Do your homework on dealer costs and have these guys do what you need done, its that simple. Bottom line is good things happen to good people and at Cross Creek Auto you have good people.

I had been talking my car to another local "shop" (chain store) and spent a lot of $ and the issues were never fixed correctly or real issues were overlooked. They didnt keep my car for days, it was very timely service. It was also refreshing that they treated me as if they were working on a family members car, not just a number. All the customers that were also there were raving about the service and were all happy.
