1 /5 Navigating the Digital World: I was shocked and disappointed with the service I received at the salon. In previous visits, they never used a drill to remove my nail polish, which made me return but this time, the technician CiCi brought out the drill despite my request not to use it. When I politely asked if it was possible to complete my service without the drill, she became argumentative and belittled me for not paying enough. I dont set the prices for my services so I was extremely confused. She then proceeded to handle my hands roughly. I then asked if another tech could finish me. She proceeded to strike me with a dirty towel, displaying extreme aggression and saying, "Fine Im done with you!" Feeling disrespected and appalled by such unprofessional behavior, I decided to leave with unfinished nails. This experience, coupled with her mistreatment of another elderly customer, made it clear that the salon lacks consistency in its service quality. I will not be returning. I really wanted to press assault charges against the technician but left instead.
