From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease, surrounded by an atmosphere of pure relaxation and luxury. I happened to visit on Valentines Day which made the experience even more special. The spa was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail in both the ambiance and customer service was beyond impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly, warm and professional, making sure that every guest felt pampered and cared for. The Valentines Day set up was absolutely stunning - thoughtfully arranged decor, delicious refreshments, and the cutest little snacks that added such a special touch to the experience. It was clear that they put a lot of effort into making the day extra memorable for their guests. The facial I received was top-notch leaving me completely glowing and rejuvenating. It was truly the best "me-time" I had during my trip. Whether youre a local or just visiting Boca Raton, I cannot recommend this spa enough. Its the perfect place to unwind, treat yourself and enjoy a world-class spa experience. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning next time Im in town!!

She is really professional and patient. Other technicians are really friendly and patient too! I will definitely return!

Navigating the Digital World I was shocked and disappointed with the service I received at the salon. In previous visits, they never used a drill to remove my nail polish, which made me return but this time, the technician CiCi brought out the drill despite my request not to use it. When I politely asked if it was possible to complete my service without the drill, she became argumentative and belittled me for not paying enough. I dont set the prices for my services so I was extremely confused. She then proceeded to handle my hands roughly. I then asked if another tech could finish me. She proceeded to strike me with a dirty towel, displaying extreme aggression and saying, "Fine Im done with you!" Feeling disrespected and appalled by such unprofessional behavior, I decided to leave with unfinished nails. This experience, coupled with her mistreatment of another elderly customer, made it clear that the salon lacks consistency in its service quality. I will not be returning. I really wanted to press assault charges against the technician but left instead.

Peggy Atli Yami is the lady she did the pedicure and manicure for me. She is very nice and sweet. She really takes care of the customers. I definitely recommend her to you to get your nails done by her.

L Hinds Andy gives the most incredible pedicures ! He incorporates reflexology pressure points as well, which was a bonus! It felt amazing ! He pays attention to detail and takes his time , I can’t wait to go back for a longer one! Aaron is amazing with nails , he always comes through with an ombré color combo that I love , I can never make up my mind, and I leave it up to him, they come out beautiful every time . He’s amazing at shaping , designs , and detailed orientated . The spa is very clean , sterile , relaxing , I love going here !

Emilie Witte What I asked for vs what I got. Tiffany did my nails tonight and was great at first, but quickly got defensive and wouldn’t do what I requested. Several times I asked her to add more glitter and to carve out the french tip more to look like the photo, but she just got annoyed and defensive. I’m a people pleaser so I eventually just stopped trying. I should’ve just had her take it off and left. $75 for nails I don’t like. I’ve been here several times and it’s the same problem of feeling like an inconvenience because the staff just wants their money and doesn’t care about you.

Brooke Cruz This was my first time visiting this salon and I had the best time. From the beginning, they were able to schedule me in last minute for a gel manicure and pedicure. They had a bunch of colors to choose from and all of the polishes were fresh and new. Colin did my gel manicure and pedicure and he did such a great job. He took his time and I am very pleased with the turnout! The salon is also incredibly well kept and clean. I definitely will be back.

Yen was my technician and she did an amazing job. I have ugly hands and i bite my nails, she made me feel so relaxed when she did my pedi and when she did my hands she took her time and i felt so comfortable.

Nikki Taylor The lady Jenny there is very disrespectful! I had a family emergency and had to cancel my appointment and because she was upset about that, when I called to make another appointment she had the audacity to ask me for money before she provided the service! On top of that there prices are ridiculous & I would not recommend this place. Her sister that works there as well is very rude. She did my nails one time and cut up my cuticles and had the nerve to be mad after I complained. I had a friend on the phone that speaks there language and they were saying terrible things about me. (in which I still have that proof to this day). Very unprofessional and services were not rendered. Will be reporting to BBB as well.

So far have tried David and Tracy and both do an amazing and detailed job. Nails in picture by Tracy. Fun Fact: they only play reggae/ lounge music, which is a plus for me!!!! Thanks Jane for the great costumer service ! Will be back in a couple weeks.

I allowed a friend’s friend to do her thing for me & I was TOO NICE to complain but I left horrified, I asked for round she gave me a shape I don’t even know how to describe. I arrived to Majestic out of desperation because they are across from where I live. They catered to me with such warmth, kindness, & understanding & FIXED my horrific nails into something beautiful I was proud to wear for my wedding day. I came back tonight for my refill & I will be a recurring customer from here on out. THANK YOU SO MUCH - best part, this place is clean, gorgeous, & peaceful!!!! Anyone you get is talented & you will not leave unhappy! Love this place!!

alysha bonta If there were 0 stars I’d pick that. 1st the massage chair was broken and they wouldn’t move me to a working one even though there were several open. My toe nails were not cut evenly and the lady massage me for less than a minute, when she was done I looked down at my toes and I’m not being dramatic it look like a third grader painted them, some toenails weren’t all the way painted and there was paint all of my skin. Replying to owner yes it was that exact location. I did not have them put a topcoat on because you guys did not have the matte so when I got home, I put my own matte topcoat.

R A III N Went in for my first time pedicure with my partner. Front lady asked which package we would like, $35 basic or $50 deluxe. Me and my partner both said and confirmed with her twice that we would try out basic $35 pedicure package since it’s our first time. But at the end when it came time for cashing out, she ended up charging us $100 for the deluxe price. I didn’t argue and tipped $20 in total. Service felt rushed for the price i paid. For any first time goers, try a different place. Hospitality: 5/10 Service: 4/10 Communication: 0/10 Recommendation: Avoid

Amazing color, straightening and blowouts given here. I was fed up with my look as Im aging. The gray hair the whole thing. I was desperate. Thank goodness Melissa offered my hair done. I took a chance and have never felt more attractive and polished. Ill show you the before and after photos. I think youll agree. All hair types serviced at this location. Thank you so much!
