David Tran, MD - Largo (FL)

5 /5 Ed Bonenberger: Dr. Tran and his staff were extremely accommodating and understanding of my needs and expectations. This was my first visit so I was a little nervous however my experience leads me to believe that this will be a good doctor patient relationship.

1 /5 Lindsay Zirkel: Seriously one of the worst practices Ive ever visited. Ive only met with Dr Tran once and he was very inattentive and dismissive. My next appointment with him was canceled due to him being "out of the office for an unspecified length of time". I met with one of his ARNPs who actually listened and when I requested a follow up appointment with her I was told I had to see Dr Tran instead. Then last week I was admitted to the hospital with serious respiratory issues that also resulted in other problems. I made an appointment with my primary once I was released (and was honestly shocked that I was able to get in because theyre a nightmare to make appointments with) but was set up with another ARNP Pao Hsu. Her lack of knowledge and attention to detail is FRIGHTENING. They dont know that Im actually an RN and the number of times I had to correct her on my lab reports was appalling. Also the fact that she had no knowledge of what she was able to prescribe was concerning. Lastly, I contacted their office about refilling a prescription and received ZERO response. Not even an explanation about why they did not refill or suggest another medication. I definitely do not recommend this practice to ANYONE.

1 /5 Jessica M: I feel Im being gracious with 1 star. I know Dr Tran cares about his patients, but at my annual EXAM, he only listened to my lungs! If he is uncomfortable treating female patients, then dont expect female patients.. or have female staff in the room with you during exams. But my problem is more with the practice, and lack of ability to make appointments, the lack of just getting someone to answer the phone. I unfortunately will be leaving this practice that I have been at since 1990, the quality of care and service has drastically gone downhill over the last few years.

5 /5 Mike Roglitz: Dr. Tran is a fantastic doctor in my opinion. A professional that genuinely cares about his patients. My wife and I are very happy to have him as our Doctor.

5 /5 Sus H: Dr. Tran listens patiently, does not pressure you regarding your medical decisions and refers you to specialists when needed. So far, we have been happy with the doctors weve been referred to.
