Twice now, once for myself and once for my spouse, we have been encouraged to have a crown put on a tooth. We were given a price (with insurance) and paid our share. Two months later they are unable to have the claim processed through insurance and we are left to pay that part as well. We are now out more than $1,000 dollars total for the incompetence of their billing department. They refuse to rebill the insurance and demand payment or face collection. Beware of using this office or dental group.
Response to the owner - I HAVE reached out ... SEVERAL times!! The person to speak with is always unavailable and will return the call. THEY DO NOT!! The receptionist is extremely rude and will not listen to any request, just a mechanical repeat "Whats the best time to call you." I just want to speak with the billing manager of the office and they will not accept or answer any calls!!

Dr. Naidu is very caring and explains everything he is doing, as well as completing an awesome job on our teeth. The dental cleaning is the best we have ever had. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the changing of gloves when someone had to step away.. everyone was very thorough and informative and extremely kind.. nobody likes going to the dentist, however it was nice to be surrounded by people who generally cared about you..

Manatee Family Dental - Bradenton Juergen Osmers: This was my first visit to the Manatee Family Dental office. Walking into the office I was greeted friendly. I was impressed with the time they took to take x-rays, measure the gum and etc. Their equipment seems to be state of the art. Dr. Sharp took time to explain issues she sees and recommended a treatment plan to take care of what needs to be taken care of. All in a very relaxed setting. No pressure at all. Not you have to do that and that but you should consider these remedies to avoid future problems. I appreciated the professional suggestions.
As I was determined to take care of the issues, appointments for future visits have been made before me leaving the office.
To sum it up, I can only recommend the office of Dr. Sharp.

Bradenton Smiles Dentistry - Bradenton Ana Paye: My dental hygienist, Meledy, was amazing today. My visit was for a cleaning but I also needed X-rays and oral cancer screening. She was so thorough, detailed, and very gentle. I had a great experience.
