Rhiannon Romero Dr Eastman is amazing! He was very patient and explained everything to make sure I felt comfortable! He then recommended I see his daughter, Dr Craighead, for the procedure. I had a gum graft that was practically painless! Dr Craighead is so sweet and patient, just like her dad! All of the girls in the office are so sweet and didn’t even get mad or give me attitude when I showed up to the wrong office for my follow-up (we all know how most people are these days so this is a big deal in my opinion ion!). I also love the cozy feel of the office. It reminds me of the 80’s when I was a kid. lol. I’m glad they haven’t updated it to the typical modern “cold” feel. Everyone here is so welcoming! I highly recommend! I will be using them with my entire family if the need ever arises.

Brikeda Lambert I am genuinely surprised how this practice has such a high rating. Naidu did 6 of my veneers, within 2 years, I already need to have 2 replaced because of many issues and discoloration. Not only that, but when I left his practice I had cement between my teeth and could not floss. I went back to see him to remove the cement and was told by the front desk that he was busy seeing other patients (this was after I had scheduled an appointment). However, the front desk had double booked him and did not think my case was as important. Then he send me home with a "whitening kit", come to find out he took one whitening syringe from an actual whitening package and just gave it to me -could not even give me a whole full package as he said he would. Now, as I work as a pt advocate in this area, I am advocating for myself and lack of proper care. This man is in it for the money, not your experience as a pt. Lucky for me, I found a phenomenal dentist in the area who is fixing what Naidu neglected.

Bill Carey Had a full dental work up and cleaning. X-Rays were done quickly & without any problems. Cleaning by Dental Assistant (DA) Nicole was done with a gentle touch and exams were done quickly and gently by both Nicole and Dr. Stansic. Front desk staff explained all billing,, insurance and future treatment questions thoroughly. Great experience!

Mitchell Watson My visit at Lake Dental was very pleasant. Nicole was very kind and professional while caring for me performing x-rays and a cleaning. Dr. Stanisic was very kind and thorough while performing an oral evaluation. Rosie and Erin were wonderful as well in receiving me and checking out.

Bill Boettcher I had a thorough exam, X-rays and cleaning last week which discovered two cavities. Today I had the first cavity removed and filled without incident. Dr. Stanisic and the entire staff are professional, pleasant and most importantly painless. I’m happy to have found Lake Dental.

Barry Tseng This dental group is NOT to be trusted. Twice now, once for myself and once for my spouse, we have been encouraged to have a crown put on a tooth. We were given a price (with insurance) and paid our share. Two months later they are unable to have the claim processed through insurance and we are left to pay that part as well. We are now out more than $1,000 dollars total for the incompetence of their billing department. They refuse to rebill the insurance and demand payment or face collection. Beware of using this office or dental group. Response to the owner - I HAVE reached out ... SEVERAL times!! The person to speak with is always unavailable and will return the call. THEY DO NOT!! The receptionist is extremely rude and will not listen to any request, just a mechanical repeat "Whats the best time to call you." I just want to speak with the billing manager of the office and they will not accept or answer any calls!!

Nat Saavedra Dr. Loo is an amazing dentist. I left my previous dentist because I did not have a great experience. I never really knew what was going on when I went to the dentist except when I did my cleaning. When I came to Manatee Dental, however, Dr. Loo was so patient with me, and explained what was causing my pain. She showed me models to explain what a crown was and explained what a root canal was. She advised me to try something out for a week, and if that didnt work then we would proceed to the next step. She kept a positive attitude and I understood what was done in my visit today and I even learned something new. I will definitely be back to see Dr. Loo.

Tracy Gray I went in for replacement of a crown. Its the third time in 3 yrs (all different teeth.) I have had 3 different dentists work on me but all were very nice and easy going. The staff, especially Violet, are all so nice. Only complaint is that they cycle thru dentists too fast. Hopefully this lady dentists will stay. They must not pay them very well???

Karla Blank This was my first time at this office. I was surprised to find that there was a new owner but she is a great dentist. Very thorough exam. And everyone was so nice!!! I have returned to this office for a crown replacement and 2 fillings. Dr. Reyal is fantastic! My new crown fits way better than than the original ever did. And she saved one of the teeth that needed to have a filling removed and replaced from needing a root canal. The rest of the staff is excellent as well. I cannot recommend this office high enough.

Mariah Harrison I’m leaving this review after my second visit to this dental office, and unfortunately, I left feeling pretty disappointed. While I was seen by the dentist during my initial visit, there was no dentist present at my most recent appointment—not even in the building. That’s extremely concerning to me. I arrived early, so it wasn’t a case of being late and missing the doctor; they just weren’t there. If an issue had come up, there would’ve been no one qualified to evaluate it. Another issue I had was with the fluoride treatment. The office continued trying to charge me for it, even though it’s 100% covered by my dental insurance. The hygienist insisted that my insurance must have changed, which it hasn’t. I’ve had the exact same insurance and coverage for the past eight years. It took several minutes of back-and-forth before she finally got on the computer to confirm what I had already explained—that fluoride is indeed covered. I left feeling like they either didn’t want to take the time to verify my benefits or were hoping I’d just accept the incorrect charge without question. Either way, it made me uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning.

Basil B Why did I just sit on the phone for 54 minutes, just so I can try and RESCHEDULE my appointment that isn’t due for more than two weeks? I called around 4:00, granted, less than an hour before close, but I figured since they were still OPEN, it would only take a couple of minutes, right? Yeah no, the receptionist asked for my name, and then immediately put me on hold all the way until close. I tend to be pretty patient, but that was straight up rude. If there was some kind of communication informing me that they could not address this issue today then I would have understood….shame.

April Dickerson I love Bright Now Dental in Bradenton. They always answer the phone. Its easy to get quick appointments. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They dont try to upsell you a crown when you only need a filling, which my last dentist tried to do repeatedly.

Juergen Osmers This was my first visit to the Manatee Family Dental office. Walking into the office I was greeted friendly. I was impressed with the time they took to take x-rays, measure the gum and etc. Their equipment seems to be state of the art. Dr. Sharp took time to explain issues she sees and recommended a treatment plan to take care of what needs to be taken care of. All in a very relaxed setting. No pressure at all. Not you have to do that and that but you should consider these remedies to avoid future problems. I appreciated the professional suggestions. As I was determined to take care of the issues, appointments for future visits have been made before me leaving the office. To sum it up, I can only recommend the office of Dr. Sharp.

Cee Cheaves I went in for an appointment not too long ago for a few fillings. I had just a tab of decay on my right big tooth and asked can the fix it. Well the dentist came and cut the minor decayed part of the tooth which created a newly gap in my teeth and than had another lady who I remember face but not name come and do a poorly job of composite bonding I can truly say they ruined my smile I don’t even feel the same anymore how could you rush on a process at this level of Importance?!

Im trying to explain that its a Monday morning and I had a emergency, she tells me that I would have to pay 25 dollars for cancellation. Instead of trying to see where she can reschedule me. She goes on with saying “whatever” thats absolutely rude. Like your at a front desk of a business how could you speak to a customer in that manner. Do better!
