5 /5 LiftedCandy91: Had a check engine light pop up in my 2012 c350 and brought it over because I heard really good things about the shop. The owner is really friendly and straightforward! His pricing is also absolutely fantastic as well. He was willing to send me videos of what was wrong with my car and even show me in person. Also knowing my car had an issue with my window not being properly sealed, brought my car inside the shop to prevent rain from getting in during the storm. I also asked for extra advice about some issues I wanted to fix on my own and he walked me through it. He got my car in and out quick as well. The whole ordeal was fast and efficient. I honestly cant say enough good things about him and his shop! Ive never had a lot of great interactions with shops but he set a new standard that I dont think can really be beat. If I ever have another problem, I know for a fact Im taking it back to him!

1 /5 Clayton Hann: Poor. Had his labor rate as $80/hr on his website. He needs to change this. told me it was $135, which is ok. Asked him about putting on headers to my car, quoted the time in ASRA at which point he says he "doesnt do that" Its like every Florida yokel wants to make $200/hr, without the skillset to warrant it.

5 /5 Will K.: Jens is truly the Benz doctor. Extremely knowledgeable and more importantly honest. I’ve even called him to ask questions on whether I should bring my C300 in, and he basically walked me through how to fix it myself (spark plugs and ignition coils - there is not a dealership in the world that would turn down that $$). I’ve taken in several Benz models for things and not only does he take care of them, he does it at a much more reasonable price than the dealership. He’s probably worked on thousands of German imports - if you’re looking for a reliable, straight-shooter, Jens will not let you down and keep your baby running!
