5 /5 Luc Gensler: I made a morning stop at Daytona Beach on a road trip from Ft. Lauderdale to Hilton Head, and it was definitely worth it! I arrived around 6AM, just in time for the sunrise, the view was excellent—vibrant shades of orange and pink lighting up the sky over the ocean. After admiring the sunrise, I went for a swim in the Atlantic. The brisk water was a cool way to start the day. Daytona Beach was super chill at that hour, with few people around, giving the chance to soak in the beauty of the beach. Daytona Beach was fantastic stop on the trip, I highly recommend it to anyone passing through!

We brought along snacks, blanket Sat back just listening to the waves 3. Capture the Moment: Bring a camera or use your smartphone to capture photos or videos of your drive. 4 /5 Makenzie Blaha: Not considered my most “favorable” beaches. This beach didn’t impress me much due to constant cars driving on the sand and a few trash here and there. Sand was soft when you first stepped out, but the closer you got to the shoreline and the middle, it gets bumpy. Was hard to lay out, but the water looked beautiful and calm. The sand was nice to step on and the place itself looked pretty decent.

4 /5 Joseph Jeavons: Awesome beach to hang out at. We came at night and it was very chill, not a lot of people. The restaurant on the pier looked awesome in the dark and we took a bunch of pictures. The water looked a little brown but to be fair, it had just stormed.

4 /5 Kalvin Hang: Playa Daytona Beach We came here in 2018. Such a beautiful place. Nice waters. Great weather. Many people. Good food too. We actually parked our car a few feet from this location. Highly Recommended
