5 /5 Nancy Cox: I have been a patient with Dr. Dea since 2017. He keeps up with new technology, the office is always very clean, staff are friendly and informative. He is always personable, asks questions and listens. He treats 4 people in my family and we all admire him. Dr. Dea also does volunteer dentistry work for the less fortunate and veterans. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’m over 70. I drive from west Lake Worth to his office. I highly recommend Dr. Dea.

Booking was easy, the wait time was minimal, and they explained everything clearly. Dr. Dea is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient—I usually have dental anxiety, but he made me feel completely at ease. I was able to get both a cleaning and fillings done, and everything went smoothly. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places I checked. One thoughtful touch that meant a lot - Dr. Dea personally called later that day to check how I was feeling. So thoughtful! I’m really glad I found a dentist I can trust long-term.

3 /5 Jim Bowen: I have been going to Dr. Deas office for a few years now, basically have as good an experience as 1 can have at the dentist. Yesterday I went in for a 4 month cleaning. Although there seemed to be more than usual discomfort with the tool usage, I was fine with being done in just over a half an hour. Shortly after leaving the office, and not eating yet, I found a piece of food lodged between 2 of my lower right side teeth. I have to wonder after just having my teeth cleaned, why there was still something in my teeth?????

It’s been such a great experience going to this practice after having been at Sage Dental. Level of service does not even compare. They are not trying to sell you services and instead take their sweet time in explaining everything. Would recommend to anyone !

From the first consultation to 3 years on, me and my family have been met with nothing but professional, respectful and kind people. Not money hungry at all and knows his stuff. His two hygienists are nothing short of wonderful. I knew I was home and that my late husband had guided me to this office. Benito Supplice: The front office staff needs more training on what is called customer service, they are doing an extremely poor job at that. The front office staff should be attracting customers to a business, not do the opposite by pushing them away, which can be really damaging to a business. Before I wrote this review I looked at the other reviews to see if it was just me, who by some odd chance had a bad encounter with someone else who was having a bad day. But all the reviews are consistent, RUDE, IGNORANT, and just negative experiences from frustrated customers. I dont write reviews often, and when I do it is usually positive feedbacks for a business. But, today I was motivated by the terrible experience I had to write this, I truly hope that this issue gets resolved.
