Grace Gustinis Have been looking for a dentist in the Boca/Delray area for years and finally feel that I’ve found the place I want to come back to. I was very happy with my first experience at Spodak today. My hygienist, Michelle, was incredible, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. All the staff were extremely friendly yet professional, listened to my concerns attentively, and were great at educating me as needed. The building being absolutely beautiful was a cherry on top! Will be recommending Spodak to everyone!

Austin Gladstone I had such a great experience at Spodak Dental! Dr. Dudley is absolutely fantastic! She’s professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. I also had the pleasure of working with Shay and Ashley as my hygienists, and they were both amazing. Super thorough, gentle, and so friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The whole office has a warm, welcoming vibe, and the team works so well together. Highly recommend!

Anne McCloskey I had my second appointment at Spokak this morning. My first visit was after completing rounds of chemoimmunotherapy and before starting chemoradiation therapy. The people at Spodak were absolutely phenomenal in accommodating me in the short window of time I had between treatment regimens and were also extremely detail oriented and careful in following protocols for dealing with a cancer patient. They had valuable suggestions for me in terms of caring for myself while going through the upcoming chemoradiation and made it clear that they would be available to help me in anyway they could while I was going through treatment even though I was going to be out of state. That gave me enormous peace of mind. I am now home having finished treatment and had my second appointment today. I requested an appointment yesterday to see Dr. Dudley whom I’d seen on previous visit and had my appointment today. The hygienist was considerate, careful, patient and kind as well as being very professional. Dr. Dudley was as I remembered her: gentle, kind, authentic and professional. I am a person who gets extremely anxious going to the dentist and this group does an amazing job making the experience as easy and stress free as possible. They utilize the most up to date technology and methods in providing care and their charges are extremely reasonable for the level of care and expertise the patient receives. It’s never going to be “enjoyable” for me to go to the dentist but I think with the professionals at Spodak, the experience is as good as it could possibly be. I hope this review encourages even one person to choose to go to Spodak. That would make my time in writing this review well worth it.

K. P-Unit I switched my insurance plan because I truly like the staff at this office. The hygienist, Sylvie and Cindi are awesome. Very gentle and caring. Today was my worst experience with a trainee, who was very rough, inexperienced and not confident. The temporary crown was in the tray and she talked out loud that she couldn’t find it. Forgot to turn off the rinsing tube and the water was all over my upper body. I don’t want to be in a situation like this again. I understand there’s learning on the job, but I don’t want to see the insecurities.

Sherrell Farrington From the initial call to make the appointment was great!!! Not sure the guy name in scheduling but he was awesome. Knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to get an appointment with 2 days. Although I scheduled for an acute visit Jessica called to remind me Im due for other services as well. Alfredo was my dental assistant and he was although gentle and quick. Although, I have fear of dentist. They all made it pleasure.

Ladell was great following up with future care and appointments. Sylvia was very friendly. Premier offers convenient late and weekend hours and have surgeons that come on site! Scott Brown I’ve been to a lot of dentists and have had a lot of work done over the years but this office is the best I’ve ever had. They are very friendly and the dentist does really great work. I had a crown break off and they were able to get me in the same day. They laid out several options for me and I decided an implant would be the best option for long term. I have had a lot of abnormal issues with my teeth, particularly with the roots. This particular molar has long roots that curve so it was a difficult process trying to get the tooth extracted but they stayed late to get it done and made it as comfortable as they could. Highly recommend!

Of course I wish my coverage was better, but when you have to choose between pricing vs. outcome...you need to be a little more selective towards latter! Great environment.

Traci S Beware- Although the dentist office staff is MOSTLY courteous and professional, their billing ethics is not ethical and has a lack of transparency. I was told on more than one occasion that I would not be charged any additional payments (I already was issued a paid in full bill on 2 occasions) only to be billed thousands of dollars later. When questioning the billing, I was told insurance was not covering portions after the office told me it would be covered and I would not owe any more money. The billing department needs to start doing their job properly and stop leading patients to believe procedures will be covered and then bill the patient without any remorse or consideration. After the first time, I proceeded to go to this dentist, believing this was a one time thing. Now that this has been done multiple times, I’m starting to question how ethical this office is run. Needless to say, I will be looking for a dentist who is not ripping off their patients.

diane ventimiglia My first visit at Dr. Minchs office was an emergency visit for a broken crown of my front tooth. All I can say is Dr. Newton was exceptional !!!!! She provided me with a beautiful temporary crown during a visit that took less than two hours from start to finish. I couldnt be more grateful for the expertise she provided to me on that day. Its now been less than three weeks and I am now looking forward to receiving my permanent crown tomorrow. Please dont hesitate to book your next appointment with Dr. Minchs office. Ana Demenezes STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I took my twins daughters (they’re almost 2 years old) for cleaning. The doctor just did an exam and told me to brush their teeth twice a day so the tartar will come out. I told him that’s what I was doing but it was not working; that’s why I took them there. He told me that there was nothing he could do about it. Anyways, I’m trying to schedule a cleaning appointment at another place but now I have to pay out of pocket because my insurance was billed for an exam, CLEANING AND FLUORIDE and they already paid this place. Now I have to wait 6 months to go through my insurance. My insurance advised me to contact this place to see if they can reimburse me. I did try to contact this place and I spoke with the office manager who didn’t show too much interest in helping me. She was just repeating that “according to my notes, everything was done”. I’m guessing she thinks humans do not make mistakes. I will never go back to this place EVER!!

She talked me through all the steps for X-rays and pictures. Dr. McHugh examined me and cleaned my teeth. She was very gentle and informative. I’m so happy with the visit!

The quality has stayed the same but they have continued to upgrade their technology. Katelyn is one of my favorites and Claudia is amazing too. Destiny Cole I DO NOT SUGGEST TRYING THIS PLACE!!!! I have been 2 times and each time I have been so disappointed. I was there today and they had someone I’ve never seen before and he couldn’t even figure out the computer system, trying to do my cleaning. The front desk girl who came to explain everything was beyond rude (sighing and rolling her eyes when I asked anything) and all I was trying to understand is why I was getting charged considering I have insurance. They charge you a mandatory $58 office visit fee for Dr finer to come look at your teeth and x-rays. A visit fee? I have insurance there should be no Dr visit fee. One way they try to get extra money from you. The front desk asked the dentist if she can waive the fee and she said yes she can waive it. So that’s the first red flag. Secondly saying it’s mandatory you get a cancer scan for $35? Another scam. Because the first guy told me he can waive it and the front desk said no after the dentist said she would waive her visit fee. Absolutely disgusting you try to scam people out of money when you charge so much to the insurance anyways. When it’s not a mandatory thing you need to do! I ended up walking out before we even began because I was so upset about the way I was being treated. The first time I came they couldn’t “find my insurance“ and wanted to charge me $200 something dollars. I was switching insurance so I believed them. Come to find out I had coverage for another week! They prescribe all this mouthwash and MI paste so they can get extra money. They wanted to sell me on products for no reason. I went to see another dentist to get a second opinion and they said they were absolutely scamming me and there is no reason to prescribe all the extra stuff. The office is so outdated and the equipment and chairs are so dirty and cracked. Considering they scam people out of so much money they should be able to afford new equipment and chairs. I do not recommend this place!!!

I needed an upper denture and she took such meticulous care to get them to fit just right. Now I am proud of my smile, for the first time in years! Antonio is my hygienist and has also provided excellent service. He is thorough with every detail and pleasure to work with. Thank you to all the staff at Town Square Dentistry-you are the best!

Reanne Dietrich The Staff and Doctors are professional, knowledgeable and efficient and my experience overall was good, I gave 4 stars because of the open concept design of their workspace. The design definitely contributes to the overall efficiency of the team but in my case, it created a higher level of anxiety due to all the noise and conversations, which is not something that will bother everyone.

Katherine Pierre I came here with dental insurance for a cleaning, upon my arrival, I was seated, they did x-rays and someone examined my scans and I was advised that I needed a specific type of cleaning, one that my dental insurance doesn’t cover. So no cleaning was done to my teeth. They didn’t even attempt to offer me the cleaning my insurance does cover, imo it was an attempt to charge me more money. Being, I did not have the money at the time to do the specific cleaning they were CLAIMING I needed, I was told to reschedule. Nothing was done to my teeth AT ALL other than the x-rays. Now today I am getting a bill in the mail for $134!For what when I had dental insurance at the time, that covers one annual x-ray and one annual dental exams 100%, so again, why am I receiving the bill when I had insurance coverage that YOUR STAFF confirmed was covered by my insurance at the time of service. I will never come back here as I feel like this place didn’t really care about my needs, they just wanted to see how they could charge me more money and now I’m getting a bill for services I was told my insurance covers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, now I will be calling them this week to see who dropped the ball on the billing and if need be report Sage Dental to the Florida Department of Health and Florida Attorney General’s Office for fraudulent practices. This is not right. Worst dental office I’ve been to, don’t waste your time here. Glad I grabbed my purse and walked out when they were pressing me to do a cleaning I don’t even need! Went to Flora Dental afterwards and NONE OF THE CRAP I was told at Sage Dental is true, I didn’t need any kind of special cleaning. Whomever the owner of this facility better look into their staff and the illegal practices they are doing here. Not everyone is going to lay down and let you all take advantage of them. Get competent staff that actually knows what they are talking about and get a competent BILLER who knows how to properly bill for services before you all are hit with a LAWSUIT!

Nancy Cox I have been a patient with Dr. Dea since 2017. He keeps up with new technology, the office is always very clean, staff are friendly and informative.
