5 /5 Calvin Gutierrez: Dentist of Midtown since 2021 One of the few practices offering Saturday appointments. Staff is always friendly, punctual, and accommodating. Positive experience with all dental hygienist, most recently attended to by Rosalif who has very good hands. Dr. Mikhael was personable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

5 /5 Xylene Current: I’ve had a consistently great experience at this dental office. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and efficient. Kendall, the office manager, goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly—she’s always friendly, organized, and incredibly helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. The hygienists and dentists are gentle, thorough, and take the time to explain each step of the process. The office is clean, modern, and punctual. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for excellent dental care and outstanding service!

1 /5 Kristin Racis: Would give 0 stars if I could. Im not one to write a review, let alone a bad review. I moved from PA to Miami and was looking for a new dentist in the area. The point of this review is to save anyone new from going here. Believe the bad reviews on yelp. I went in to establish as a new patient and get a cleaning done. I was there for 2 hours and received X-rays and panel done of my teeth. I needed 2 cavities fixed which is fine I have dental insurance. I was told they were 2 large cavities and one was going to lead to a root canal if not fixed and I was going to need a tooth reconstruction. They later came back quoting me $660 to fix 2 cavities. I asked if this was ran through my insurance and they said "yes and its actually one of the better insurances weve seen." I was skeptically and never in my life paid that much to fix a cavity or pay that much at a dentist period. I decided to leave and reschedule for another day and go talk to some people for advice. I never even received a cleaning in the 2 hours I was there. The following day I contacted my dental insurance to see what was going on. They told me with my coverage the maximum amount should be $75 and that they never even received a Pre Determination Form from my visit, meaning they never submitted anything to my insurance. I decided to go elsewhere and get a second opinion. I did have 2 cavities which were fixed. The cavities were never going to lead to a root canal as it was not that deep and they dont know why a tooth reconstruction was even mentioned. My insurance COVERED EVERYTHING. The 2 cavities to fix were FREE. I left the office paying a $10 copay fee for the visit. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE COMMITTING INSURANCE FRAUD.

5 /5 Marcela Villalobos: From the moment you walk in, youre greeted with warmth and professionalism. The customer service here is truly top-tier!! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The office itself is spotless and incredibly well-maintained. They are also amazing at confirming appointments and are super accommodating when it comes to scheduling (something I really appreciate with a busy schedule.) Dr. Mauskar is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and patient, taking the time to explain everything and ensure youre comfortable every step of the way. Mercy and Mafe, are both fantastic: friendly, efficient, and always with a smile. And I cant forget Victoria, the hygienist, who does an outstanding job. If youre looking for a dentists office that truly cares and goes the extra mile, this is the one. Thank you to the whole team for making every visit a great experience!

2 /5 Masha Vasilenka: Do not recommend — they overcharge, not assist with getting money back from the insurance and, most importantly, dont do quality job. I had to do two root canals and chose this dentist just because it was close to my office. One of the tooth has been intermittently in mild pain ever since, and after 2 years since the procedure, I had to suffer multiple days of excruciating pain in the first and third trimester of my pregnancy (no painkillers or steroids allowed). I had an abscess tooth caused by an infection that got there during the initial root canal work. I had to redo my root canal.
