5 /5 Basya Roberts: I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! I’ve always had anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but this experience completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. Dr. Martinez personally greeted me in the lobby, introduced himself, and walked me to the X-ray room, explaining everything along the way to help put me at ease. The office is equipped with the latest technology, making the appointment quick, efficient, and as pain-free as possible. Every single staff member was kind, patient, and had the best bedside manner. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and never rushed me. For the first time ever, I’m not scared to go back for my next appointment. If you have any dental anxiety, I highly recommend this office, they truly go above and beyond!

1 /5 Anthony Del Buono: don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share our recent experience. My daughter and I both visited this dental office as new patients. We scheduled appointments expecting a routine cleaning and x-rays, which are typically covered by our dental insurance. However, what we got was something entirely different. While they did take x-rays, they did not perform the cleaning we were scheduled for. Instead, they conducted a "photo teeth" service—something we were not informed was not covered by insurance. We later learned this service, along with several others they recommended, resulted in an unexpected $3,200 bill—all out of pocket. What was most concerning was the way they made both of us feel about our oral health. Despite having regular dental care throughout our lives with no serious issues, we were each told we needed multiple specialty treatments to get our teeth and gums "healthy." It felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a genuine assessment of our dental health. Not only do we now have a significant bill, but neither of us even received the cleanings we originally came in for—those are now also out-of-pocket. I understand dental care can be costly and that some treatments may not be covered, but transparency and trust are essential. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling misled and taken advantage of.

He established my trust immediately as he greeted me in the waiting room!! Most important, the latest in equipment brings the dreaded dental experience into 2025!! His staff, Michelle and Shelbi, were top of the line. So caring and guiding you every step of the way. Affordable! Reliable! And, personable! Who could ask for more!!!! I will return! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

5 /5 Stephanie Moore: The most non-judgmental and caring dental office that I have EVER been to. I am so thankful that I have found them. After a life long fear of going to the dentist, Dr. Martinez has really put my mind at ease All of his staff was AMAZING and thoroughly explained all of my options. I was so comfortable at the office, that I even made an appointment for my daughter.

1 /5 Magnus L Thomasson: Went in to switch from old dentist in Jan. as new patient. Wouldnt use all the xrays I had just done in October, wanted to bill insurance for new ones and etc to "establish" said a treatment plan I need, which required deep cleaning every 3 months. I have gotten multiple bills from my insurance asking for them to fill out and return. I emailed them all over, but still get them now so they must not be on top of things. Can tell the whole thing is based on upselling. Refused to do a normal cleaning b/c i have slight gum disease, only a couple pockets at 5 or so, which is nothing new, and my old dentist did my regular cleanings just fine. Emailed a week or so ago to ask can I at least get a standard cleaning now? No one answered. Called in today saying I would like to come in for at least some care in the meantime until I am ready to do a deep cleaning. Dr comes on, tries to upsell me, double talk me, and refuses because of his "diagnosis". Hung up and called my old destist who scheduled me for Friday right away saying no I dont need that, and they will double check when I come in. So they lost a patient here for trying to upsell me, being more concerned with money and not care, and will not be giving them any money now. Wasted my time as they refused any care when i wouldnt accept their upsells. Avoid places like this.
