5 /5 melissa moore: Tori Vogel is amazing! I see her for my thyroid and I cannot imagine using another provider. She is knowledgeable and genuinely cares. She takes time with each patient and is available through the message system if I need anything between visits. My mom and daughter are also patients and also love her.

1 /5 Pat a: The lack of adequate office staff has made it impossible to continue here. Absolutely, impossible to communicate with this office, portal not always works too.

1 /5 Lori Holbrook: I waited weeks for an appointment with the endocrinologist for an issue and when I was filling out my paperwork I saw that they do not accept Medicaid. Thats fine because I have Medicare with the QMB (Qualified Medicare Beneficiary) and it was primary and Medicaid is only medically needy but I told them I had to apply for the QMB through Medicaid but it was for Medicare not Medicaid. They then told me I would still have to pay copay and I stopped them and told them Im not supposed to have to pay anything if I have the QMB. They still said I had to so I left. That is a violation of Federal Law and my rights!

1 /5 Louise Jones: Sent this doctors office the paperwork needed to schedule an appointment. On a Thursday afternoon I got a call saying they will call me on Monday after 4:00 for an appointment. Thats when I learned theyre not open on Friday. On Monday no call came. So I called again and the person answering the phone said she couldnt find my paperwork but that the girl who would know where it is was out to lunch and will call me when she got back. Again no phone call back. So I went there, and after the lengthy search, they were able to find my paperwork and give it back so I could find myself another doctor

1 /5 Jewelya Breeden: Dr Lasswell used to be my endocrinologist, so sad that he has now retired. I have found a new doctor so today I went to go fill out a records release form, The lady at the front desk was not a very happy person at all, she was very rude to the two older ladies that were in front of me, rushing them off. As soon as I sat down to fill out my paperwork, she was right beside me asking if I was done yet because I was cutting into their lunchtime. I am in the Dental field, so as far as patient care and being well mannered, that lady was by far any of those.
