The staff at Lower Keys Medical Center/Key West Hospital were very good as well. From the nurses to the anesthesiologist listened to all my previous experiences of past surgeries and everything went excellent. In and out of surgery in 30 minutes. I had very little swelling and almost no bruising. Highly recommend Key West institute for Plastics Surgery.

Piniella Asthma + Allergy Center - Key West - Key West Smith Emily (Pimily): Not only does Dr. Pinellas have rude bedside manner by inserting his personal opinions on my personal life,, but his staff also has a poor and rude attitude, particularly the front desk woman, Chelsea, I am shocked she is able to keep her job with the way she talks to people. On top of this, I showed up for my second appointment to the office being closed. There was no email, text, or call that the office would be randomly closed that day, they just had a sign on the door, which I had to take off work to go to. They are uncaring about your personal well being and seem like they are there just to go through the motions and to make money.

Eliyahu Hemo, M.D. - Crestview Amaya Montgomery: Best Dr ever! This was my first surgery ever and he made me so comfortable and not scared. He’s so caring and understanding! He listen to everything you say, answers all your questions and gives you all the information you need for anything. I had gallbladder removal surgery with him my recovery was a breeze he did amazing! Minimally invasive small scars. I highly highly recommend him!

HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital - Niceville Helen R: I walked into the hospital and went to the Information Desk. Dave was there and that started my outstanding experience. He had me sign in and then directed me to the people who registered me. That experience was also pleasant, professional, and remarkably fast. I had two lab orders from my doctor: blood work and x-ray. I was told to go to the lab for the blood work and if it was busy to go for the x-ray. The lab was not busy: everyone was professional and proficient. I was out of there and on to radiology quickly. Radiology was also professional, proficient, and quick. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

This is because he is very smart and dedicated to his job. He stays current with developments. Alana Lilland, D.O. - Crestview Hutto Cassandra “Cassie”: Just had my first visit and it went extremely well. The front office was very pleasant and helpful. They helped with my insurance company to get me right in to see the doctor. The prior place I was trying to get seen at (since Dec of 2024) kept canceling due to problematic scheduling and office staff. It was a nightmare. I havent learned everyone’s name yet but Im sure I will. The Dr is very nice and was helpful, Im extremely hopeful and looking forward to my next appointment
