He had me sign in and then directed me to the people who registered me. That experience was also pleasant, professional, and remarkably fast. I had two lab orders from my doctor: blood work and x-ray. I was told to go to the lab for the blood work and if it was busy to go for the x-ray. The lab was not busy: everyone was professional and proficient. I was out of there and on to radiology quickly. Radiology was also professional, proficient, and quick. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

They helped with my insurance company to get me right in to see the doctor. The prior place I was trying to get seen at (since Dec of 2024) kept canceling due to problematic scheduling and office staff. It was a nightmare. I havent learned everyone’s name yet but Im sure I will. The Dr is very nice and was helpful, Im extremely hopeful and looking forward to my next appointment
