Mary Jane Pitts: I went in for X-Rays, Cleaning and Exam. Samantha was probably the best Dental Hygienist I have had in years. She was very thorough, gentle not rushed and did an excellent job. I saw Dr Hines who looked at my X-Rays and did the Exam was very good and offered some suggestions for a space I have in my smile. Which I didnt even know was possible to fix So yeah!! I will definitely be back to get that done and I definitely continue using Samantha for my cleanings. Great place to go for your dental care.

don weeks: First visit was great but got progressively worse. It felt as if I was on a visit to a used car lot.Ottleys office and his workers were setting up procedures without communication with me .No suggestions or me asking questions or price?Employees had me sitting in dental chair 3 hrs. On second visit and three and one half hrs. On third and last visit.They even trailed me to my vehicle ,trying to persuade me into their predetermined ideas.I would never return to Ottleys dental office nightmare.

b j owens: I would give a lower rating than a one star if I could. They are unprofessional. I set up an appointment with them. I got an email confirming my appointment. They took me off the schedule because they said they could not reach me on my cell phone Said it kept going to a doctors office. I confirmed my phone number with them. Its the correct phone number so theyre not only unprofessional theyre liars. They made me basically take time off of work today for this appointment just so I can show up and them tell me they took me off the schedule. I hope no one goes to this company the most unprofessional setting Ive ever seen in my entire life. Its funny how every other doctors appointment dentist appointment. Every one of them has been able to contact me on my cell phone without any problems. They didnt have any solutions other than rescheduling me so I could take off another day of work to come to their appointment. It is ridiculous like I do not have things I got to do like I dont have bills to pay like I dont have to be at work. Will never ever come to this establishment again

When I called to get an appointment I was informed they did not have a dentist available just hygienist what kind of practice lets there dentist off and does not have one available for an urgent matter do yourself a favor and find somewhere better staffed

Christina Watson: It was nice, I didnt like the full glass on the front of the office. Made it hard to hear them call you to the counter. Also, the teeth cleaning/ exam room is not private. As in, you share the room with multiple patients. I like the staff and Dr. Rodriguez was very straight and to the point. Very knowledgeable. Overall, a wonderful experience, I would just ask that maybe he considers a more traditional approach to making the move to private patients rooms for all occasions. For patients comfort and privacy.

Dale Henderson: Went to Dr. Bernal for about 25 years. I ground my teeth very bad & he constantly worked to keep my teeth repaired. Finally came to a point he recommended dentures as my teeth were breaking off at the gums. I can say 110% that this dentist never hurt me one time with injections before any dental work. Since acquiring a dentist to pull my teeth & prepare for dentures I just want to say Ive been hurt by other dentist just getting the shots to numb my mouth that hurt so bad Ive had to jerk away as my eyes leaked severely. For those who use Dr Bernal know for a fact that no dentist takes the time to move the needle around delicately injecting your anesthesia gradually with very very little pain as him. He never ever hurt me once! Something that cant be said for my dentist in Atmore Al.! Wish he was on my insurance plan now. I highly recommend him!
