    sherry chesnutt: He fired me also as a patient. He over bills. I had a free cleaning which I am entitled to twice a year. He billed for periodontal maintenance and was paid by my insurance company. He then sent a bill for the difference to me. When I called about it, I couldnt get it through the sec. head that he had misbilled. In frustration after about 15 minutes, I hung up the phone. I later discovered that he had been doing this for 3 years. I asked for a refund and a correct billing instead he fired me as a patient. I have notified my insurance company and I certainly hope that they make a note about it because if he did this to me, he certainly has done this with other patients. He is obviously only interested in the $$$$$$$.in my opinion. BEWARE and check your bills carefully

    Lilith: Stay far away from this dentist office. They will fraudulently charge your insurance for a higher rate due to saying that you received a product or service that you didn’t. I got an acrylic partial bottom denture and they sent a claim to my insurance for a cast - metal denture. The difference between these two dentures are quite large in price. After questioning them I received a letter stating I needed to go somewhere else for my dental needs. Except the re lines and adjustments that was included in the price for my upper and lower dentures now they won’t have to honor. They gave me 30 days. I had only had my dentures an about a month. And didn’t need anything yet. So my hard re line I won’t receive or any soft re lines either. When I asked about this I was yelled at and told I am not a dentist and didn’t know what I was talking about. I was told and charged for a total of 5 fillings but after I had to go to a different dentist and they took ex rays I was informed I had only 2 fillings and they were done incorrectly which was the reason I was having so much pain. After being treated so bad by the office manager I requested to have a copy of my dental records and ex rays which I had a right to by law I was told that they don’t give copies of records to their clients. I requested in person, in writing and on the phone and was denied every time. I still have not received them. If you have ever used this dentist office I would check with your insurance company to see what they charged you. The photos are of the different types of dentures mine are the acrylic ones with the 2 small hooks The other is a cast-metal denture. You don’t have to be a dentist to see the difference.

    Kelly Swier: I had an appointment on December 27 at 2024 and when I came in To check in they told me the Computers and Phone were down. They Ask for my name and number. And I gave it to them and then they said they will call me and never called me then I finally called them and they won’t answer the phone so I have to come to them to make an appointment and I went in in March 20, 2025. I got my teeth checked. I had three teeth pulled and now I called two days ago, April 16 to make an appointment to be seen by the dentist because I have a truth that is shifted but I left the message and now today is April 18 and nobody has called me and I am coming in on Monday on the 21st to talk to them and make an appointment. I don’t understand why they’re not answering the phone. It makes me upset. I used to go to Crestview Dental and I don’t wanna go back to there because I live an hour away from Crestview Dental. This is very ridiculous. I gave you one star rating because of it. I am still coming there to be the patient because I live close to y’all than Crestview Dental. And also Escambia County Clinic Dental when I asked the hygienist if I can have my fiancé in the room with me because I have a severe bilateral hearing loss because it’s hard for me to hear and understand, but if my fiancé was in there, he will help me understand it better But some of the nurses and the doctors will not bring down the mask to tell me that I can’t bring it down Because their policy, but you guys gotta understand that people who are hard of hearing, to bilateral hearing loss, deaf, and when they have somebody with them, you should always let them be in a room that with that person

    Linda Miller: I found this place through my insurance and glad I did. Its been so long since Ive been to dentist and I knew I had cavities, but insurance helped make it afforable. I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled, 2 crowns and fillings and everything was done with no issues & the insurance was so helpful. The only sad thing is the lady who did the teeth cleaning retired and she was wonderful and they havent found a full time one to replace her yet. But the temporary ones have been fine when Ive been in for cleaning. The staff is A+ and always willing to answer questions, especially Carol.

After I waited for my appointment for two weeks and finally sitting in the chair the most handsome doctor realize there was nothing wrong with my tooth and it didn’t need to be pulled. He contacted my primary dentist. They discussed the matter and it turned out. I needed a root canal, not a molar removal. Thank you, Dr. Jimenez, for being honest, and relieving me of my anxiety and stress of having to have a tooth removed. We Hope a root canal will do the trick. Hope we never have to meet again, but in a good way. Thank you for being patient and going through the journey with me.
