1 /5 Celeste Montalvo: Receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Doctor is only concerned with insurance payments and not concerned with patient care. My grandmother has been seeing him for years and receiving facet joint injections with absolutely no relief and if anything it got worse. She’s still in alot of pain, he’s not even a certified anesthesiologist and doesn’t provide pain relief or care about his patients. His bedside manners are like a wet mop, needs to go back to medical school. This place needs to be shut down, luckily my grandmother has found a good doctor thanks to my mother Evelyn Naranjo and now she’s getting the pain relief that she needs.

1 /5 Timothy Shaffer: I initially went to the Dr. On July 19th I told him I was self pay. I had a referral from another Dr. He said he had to do an initial visit first and I had to Pay $375 in cash no credit card. That was very suspicious. He seen me for literally 5 minutes and then rescheduled for a blocker shot. I went to get the shot and had to pay $750 in CASH! So I did because of the pain I am in. The shot last for about 10 days. He did schedule a follow up. When I went for the follow up that is usually free the tried to Charge me $175 CASH again. I walked out. This is crazy. Any Dr that ask for CASH is pretty crazy in this day and age. The staff was rude as well. Please steer clear of here if I had to pay cash no telling what is going on! I am very disappointed! Now I have to find another Dr. to get my Sciatica under control!

1 /5 Nick rodriguez: Dr. Carlos Placer’s medical license should be revoked. My son had two appointments with the doctor and both time he was assisted by a student nurse acting as a doctor. (Never met the doctor). My wife called in multiple occasions and the doctor is never available. It seems like Mr. Placer is running an insurance SCAM.

1 /5 D Bloom: Went to the office of Dr. Placer and his receptionist on the right when you walk in is the most nastiest, disrespectful woman you can meet. She talks about you or other people in Spanish thinking you don’t understand and when you let her know of her disrespect, she blows you off. This was my second visit. Dr. Placer also has no bed side manner whatsoever. He’s arrogant and rude when it comes to explaining any test results. His attitude is just as bad as his receptionist. I would stay clear of this office.

1 /5 Jorge Nazario: I am a doctor And I had never had such an unpleasant experience with another doctor. The way he treated me was very bad. I do not expect special treatment, but if he treats all his patients that way, poor them. At one point I tried to talk about a pain management device and he left the office and left me talking to myself. Well I dont recommend it to anyone

Optum - Kissimmee - Kissimmee Chuck: OPTUM KISSIMMEE THE STAFF AND DR. VEGA AND THE OTHE PHYSICIANS THAT WE SEE OCCASIONALLY When necessary are all wonderful. Dr. Vega is our PCP and he is so knowledgeable about all my health issues and my wifes also. He is very up on best medications he has controlled my wifes blood pressure with adjustment if medication that has worked when nothing else did. Both my wife and I enjoy the family atmosphere that is displayed by all the staff that we deal with. Thank you for everything Dr. Vega and your team.

HCA Florida Osceola Primary Care - Kissimmee Addier santos: La Dr Amanda is the doctor that any human being would like to have at their side while they are sick. She is an excellent human being and professionally very well prepared. I recommend this place and these doctors. The service is excellent from the receptionists to the medical assistants. Dr. Johnson is excellent as well. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Bisogno Charles D DO - Kissimmee zulmi shafaat: I wish I could give no star to this doctor and clinic. I arrived at this location thirty minutes before my appointment time. First I had a hard time finding parking. It took me 15 minutes just to find a parking spot which was a distance from this location. When I got there the receptionist informed me that the doctor was not in the office but he would be there shortly. I didnt say anything and started to complete my visit forms. There were a couple put patients waiting in the room. A few minutes later a nurse walked out of the office and informed another patient that the doctor still had not arrived and she had no idea what time he would be in. I asked the receptionist that please not charge my insurance and informed her that I was leaving. The nurse started to ask the reason for leaving and expected me to wait for the doctor by saying that my appointment was at 2 pm and the doctor would be there. I responded that there were still patients waiting before me. There was no apology. The attitude was like if I have to wait regardless.

obstetrics and gynecology associates of central florida - Kissimmee Jennifer C.: Do not use this office for imaging if you value your time. Not once but twice they canceled on me the morning of. The second time canceled, I had already arrived to the office to check in, and they told me I’d have to reschedule because I was only a preventive screening, and their technologist had made an appointment. They said they’d called and left me a voicemail, but they absolutely did not. In fact I’d received two text messages, including one that morning, confirming my appointments. They do not value your time, and it was a terrible experience trying to schedule with them this past year for my standard women’s care.

Kissimmee VA Clinic - Kissimmee Matthew Borg: Waiting for an appointment, sat down in a chair with ants. Listening to staff treat other vets with attitudes. The nurse gave directions to stay, then when the patient didnt understand, she sat down and talked about how people dont listen. Staff were on their phones and eating at the desk, which probably adds to the ants. Ive seen bad va clinics but this was disgraceful. Why have doors for employees safety if they are not used?

Osceola County Community Health Clinic at Buenaventura Lakes - Kissimmee Iris Joanna: The staff-receptionist, medical assistant are both exceptional, professional, attentive, and friendly. Dr. Angular has great bed side manners. He took his time to listen to my concerns/medical issues. He’s attentive and friendly. The office is nice, clean, quiet. Nice location.

He takes his time to explain everything to you and doesnt rush you. Gives you all the order necessary and more. He is the best of the best and forget of the rest. Osceola Community Health Services at Poinciana - Poinciana Bianca Oliveira: Miss Zuleika (the receptionist) was extremely patient, polite and answered all my questions. I don’t have words enough to compliment the nurse Vicky. I had some traumatized experiences in the past, but she was so patient and made me feel so calm and comfortable! Besides this, she listened all my questions and explained everything to me. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a doctor’s office before. Definitely my best experience in my whole life. I’m very grateful for these two ladies!
