1 /5 Laura Bollmann: My first visit he didnt review my previous diagnostics and claimed he didnt have any info. I had been a patient at his facility with a different doctor who complained that I was requesting too many specialist appointments so I switched to Zub hoping he could help me or get me to the right specialist. He told me over and over that my symptoms were "all in my head" and when I started crying he did nothing to console me, and seemed annoyed that I was crying. I requested my patient history and I did have documented diagnostics he could have seen and I have since been worked up at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville and have a degenerative, incurable connective tissue disorder, fibromyalgia, and mast cell activation syndrome plus I am waiting on some additional test results. I would not see him if you have PTSD (which my anxiety and PTSD were well documented there). I shared my experience with someone at work and they said they had a similar dismissive experiences.
