1 /5 Diane Bannon: My son went there for an exam and X-rays, had no cavities and returned the next week for a scheduled cleaning. They had recommended an antibiotic rinse after the cleaning for his gums but it wasnt covered by insurance and was $350. When he declined the non covered service they then refused to do the cleaning! They told him that his gums would start receding without this treatment. Mind you, hes 25 with no cavities! They told him he could make installments to pay. They basically were bullying him into paying for this service he did not want. He left and we are finding a new dentist. One with better service and integrity. So disappointing.

Not only did she make sure I was completely numb (which took some time), but she was patient and didn’t rush any part of the process. Her assistants, Andrea and Adira, made sure I was comfortable and that Dr. Masoodi had everything she needed for a successful procedure. Dr. Sangalang is great, very personable and easy to talk to. Hands down, this practice has the best dental hygienist in all of Orlando, just ask for Reggie and he will take care of you. Monica, I could not have completed my implants without you, so gracious and caring. Just mentioning a few of the great staff, but they are all awesome people. You should not have an issue, but if you do, Jackie will take care of you. They make you feel like family here. Megan Reiber: I called yesterday to see if I could get in for a broken tooth. He said he would get me in at 9:30am (definitely not 24hrs). He then took and x-ray and said there was not much he could do. Then proceed to charge me $150.00 (for nothing). The place looked like it was not licensed and it was extremely dirty. There was tools on the ground!!! I am glad I did not get anything done afraid of contacting an infection. THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY DIRTY AND SEEMED LIKE IT WAS BEING RUN ILLEGALLY! The windows were bordered up. The photos they used online ARE NOT REAL! For your own safety do not go get work done here. Nothing was properly sanitized.

Dr.Oswick was straight to the point and incredibly helpful and attentive, as was his assistant Marci who made sure I was comfortable and informed about what the procedure was going to be like.
