Aside from being extremely competent, she communicates well, creates a very relaxed atmosphere, and works in close concert with her assistant. Very impressive. End result: a very professional and successful outcome. I give her my highest recommendation.

5 /5 Kathleen Brehm: I have had 3-4 root canal procedures in my 70 years, all of which were nightmarish and tested my fortitude to continue to conclusion. Today Dr. Jungermann had a really calm manner, explained each step as we went, and made the experience seem easy (I don’t use that word lightly!). She in- sured i was numb enough and went about the business with calm efficiency. It’s 7 hours later and i feel pretty good. would I recommend Dr. Jungermann? Without hesitation!

As my root canal progressed each step was explained and I was put at ease and felt comfortable. The doctor asked frequently if I was doing ok and kept the atmosphere light and easy. Wendy Harrington: They are very non caring. They just want your money. They have zero concern about quality or satisfaction. They will try to manipulate and insult your intelligence. I literally was handed a crooked set of teeth and they be trying to tell me my mouth grew crooked and then still had no remorse and did nothing to try to resolve the issue. Also I paid for partials and was told that I didnt until I told them I will be checking with my insurance company. I cant even wear the teeth that were presented to me. I got a different pair from a other dentist and low and behold they were straight in my mouth and my mouth didnt grow crooked. They have no integrity about their actions or their work. So I have reported the issue to my insurance company awaiting the results. Also the manager was very rude and unprofessional and offered no way to resolve my teeth that cost me 1000s.

Just bad business and would not recommend you to waste your time

I’m old school and I like to know my dentist somewhat, meaning getting personal attention when I’m in the chair, and that’s exactly what I’m given when there. I’m also not waiting an hour or more in the waiting room to be called back for my appointment. Also to add this is not a corporate ran office.
