1 /5 Wendy Harrington: They are very non caring. They just want your money. They have zero concern about quality or satisfaction. They will try to manipulate and insult your intelligence. I literally was handed a crooked set of teeth and they be trying to tell me my mouth grew crooked and then still had no remorse and did nothing to try to resolve the issue. Also I paid for partials and was told that I didnt until I told them I will be checking with my insurance company. I cant even wear the teeth that were presented to me. I got a different pair from a other dentist and low and behold they were straight in my mouth and my mouth didnt grow crooked. They have no integrity about their actions or their work. So I have reported the issue to my insurance company awaiting the results. Also the manager was very rude and unprofessional and offered no way to resolve my teeth that cost me 1000s.

5 /5 melissa rivera: My husband woke up with terrible pain and half his face swollen. We tried multiple dentist offices but all were closed on the weekend or couldnt take an emergency walk in. Modern Dentistry was able to see us right away last minute and only a couple of hours before closing time. I cant praise the polite, understanding staff and Doctor Song enough. Not only did they see him short notice, took the time to explain what the problem was and what all the treatment options were, they also were able to help us make a plan of treatment that was within our financial budget. I have to say the whole team went above and beyond to help us with this dental emergency. We are so appreciative of Doctor Song and the lovely staff for helping us through this unexpected emergency.

1 /5 S B: This place is absolutely horrible. I had a root canal done here and they did not adjust the bite correctly. Then they addressed two other teeth and suggested a bridge and a root canal which was absolutely unnecessary. I showed it at another place and the doctor mentioned whoever did the initial diagnosis should stop their practice for suggesting it. And no, I am not looking forward to your generic automated responses. You clearly dont care about patient feedback.

1 /5 Jana Alley: I wanted this place to be our dentist so badly, despite reviews, but it absolutely lived up to its poor rating. The staff were nice, no issues there but Dr. Song underestimated the fact I would get my 15 year olds xrays and show them to not one, but three dentists (two pediatric,) who were appalled he tried to force a $1300.00 ceramic inlay on a small cavity and a composite on a tooth that absolutely didnt need it. To a trained dentist, it was an apparent money grab. I chose this dentist because they were in our insurance network, but will now go out of network to get appropriate care for my children. I get it, you guys have a Cerac machine and want to recoup expense and turn a profit, but lets be mindful that aggressive and inappropriate dental treatments on kids will earn you poor reviews. Additionally, you charged my insurance for a fluoride treatment that we refused. I think this practice needs to revisit its core values and ethics. On advice from the pediatric dental consults, I have submitted my childs xrays and proposed treatment to the ADA and Florida Board of Dentistry. Regardless of what comes of this, I hope this practice will think twice before they make these inappropriate treatment decisions.

3 /5 Pamela Gullotti: I was initially impressed with the friendliness of the staff here, but now after several appointments I am beginning to see a pattern. They will tell you one thing when you make an appointment, then at that appointment suddenly things have changed. And they did not inform me of these changes until the end of the appointment. Now, twice, I have had to come back again when I was originally told that everything would be taken care of at one appointment. Apparently, they think I have nothing but free time to continue to come back multiple times for something that I was told I would only need one appointment for. The only reason it is 3 stars is because at least they are open late enough that I can get there after work, and I like that the doctors will take the time to explain things to me.
