3 /5 Toni Kephart: Dr Ritch is excellent, her front office is horrible along with the people in labs. Dr Ritch wanted to see me in December for an issue she found, her staff couldnt find an appointment and scheduled me for January, when I saw my appointment was removed from the App that they want you to use my appointment was gone. I called them to ask about it and they said they deleted, I was furious they said they can reschedule for April. I truly hope the Dr’s findings were not life threatening. I hope the Dr reads these comments on how her staff treats her patients.

5 /5 N L: After seeing 4 different providers for what I was sure was endometriosis and being dismissed by all of them, I felt defeated. However, when I met Dr. Ritch, everything changed. She validated me, helped me find the answers I was looking for, and for the past 3 years has helped me manage the painful symptoms of endometriosis. She’s a highly skilled surgeon and an amazing physician. I can’t thank her enough for helping me improve my health for the amazing outcomes of both surgeries I underwent with her.

1 /5 Susan Goldshor: If I could, I would give the office ZERO stars and Dr. Jessica Ritch 5 stars. After being an established patient and having a medication issue, I was given an appt months ahead. The office staff refused to send a message to the doctor, stating, there is no direct line to the doctor and that I could discuss my concerns at my next appointment. I texted endlessly waiting for a cancellation and trying to get heard. I ended up going elsewhere where I was treated with swift care and compassion for my situation. I think Dr. Ricth is an excellent doctor but as a patient I shouldnt be dismissed when I am dealing with a crisis.

5 /5 Melissa Colon: I recently had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Ritch for emergency surgery, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. I had been discharged from the ER while still in excruciating pain. From the moment I arrived at her office, she was beyond proactive with diagnostic imaging, reviewing hospital notes, etc. She sent me back to the hospital and met me there for emergency surgery and literally saved my life. What truly sets her apart is their exceptional bedside manner and genuine care. After years of being gaslit by physicians and undergoing multiple surgeries for endometriosis, Im so thankful to have found her. I have been a patient of hers for a few years. In a time of stress, she is a calming presence. Her office staff is accommodating. She always takes the time to listen to my questions and provides clear and understandable answers. She is a very skilled and compassionate surgeon.

5 /5 F Bafandeh: She is one of a kind specialist. She is very proficient and knowledgebale. Very precise in diagnostic as she takes time in examination visit. I first visited her office 6 years ago and after diagnostic she refered me to specialist with robatic surgery experience and after that I have been fine. Thanks to Dr Ritch. Today I am healthy and greatful to her.

Rothstein Jeffrey DO - Hollywood DJ C: Went on insurance plan that required a primary care physician. Previously, I was on a PPO, no referrals necessary. I have been seeing the same infectious disease doctor and endocrinologist for the past 20 years. Made an appointment, was examined by a Doctor who understood very little English. When I left, I asked the receptionist if she could send a referral to my two doctors, I needed to see them for my periodic visits. She said she would take care of it. Six weeks later no referrals. I called, she said she would take care of it. Again no referrals. Then she said I needed to come into the office for bloodwork. I told her I had my blood work completed a week before, and had my infectious disease Doctor fax her a copy. Call three more times and she said “the referrals are under consideration.“ Then I get a text that I had an appointment the following day at 3 PM. I called the office to ask about the appointment because I had not made one. She told me it was for a physical and would I like to cancel it I said yes, but I need the referrals, she said OK. When I called a few days later, she said I could not get the referrals until Dr. Rothstein examined me, and I had canceled my appointment. I lost my temper. Dr. Rothstein then sent me an extraordinarily condescending message telling me that his office is not “a referral service“ and that he would not make a referral based on what I say. This DO should understand the only reason I need him is for referrals. I have done without a primary care physician for 40 years. I like the idea of a PCP, to have a doctor to call for minor issues not related to my HIV infection or diabetes. I am switching doctors because this office is really screwed up.

Cyrlak Rachel MD - Hollywood Mot Loredana (Lori): Dr. Rachel Cyrlak is the best doctor that I’ve ever met. She’s the most knowledgeable, intelligent and caring pediatrician. She’s been taking care of our daughters since they were born and always did it like a pro. She’s always taking her time to talk to us and she’s very calm and kind. She makes us feel like we’re talking to a friend. We love Dr. Cyrlak very much and always recommended her to all of our friends.

How many messages is one expected to leave before he/she gets a call back? Two weeks later and the medication I need still has not been ordered... and no one calls me back.

Sample Medical Center - Margate Sheri Snow Cirilo: Went to this practice to follow Dr. Scott Edele from his previous practice. He is a fantastic doctor that I highly recommend. I had my husband switch to him as well. He is very caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and takes his time in all aspects of your care. Being new to this location, I was a bit anxious. However, all of that went away quickly! I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist, the wait time was minimal, and the medical assistant was super pleasant as well! Had a great experience and would definitely recommend without hesitation!

Dr. Jose L. Martinez, MD - Pompano Beach Boca Raton: Incredible careless to answer the phone within work hours. They dont answering the phone between 12:30-2:30pm, OK fine, but have been calling like 10 times from 2:31pm till 3:12pm and they keep having the office phone answering in automatic not allowing option 1 to be able to schedule an appointment but they still have the answering system off not allowing option 1. I guess th office manager have some serious work to do .

Broward Health Corporate Offices - Fort Lauderdale Thomas G: I only had a single doctor’s appointment with a Broward Health doctor, and it ended up becoming a 6 month nightmare. My annual doctor’s physical ended up costing hundreds of dollars. Virtually impossible to get someone helpful on the phone to discuss. They have a decentralized network of call centers whose favorite game is sending you a different call center. After I was finally able to settle my account, they sent my bill to a collector (AFTER I HAD PAID IT!) and then refused to withdraw it saying “there’s nothing they can do.” It has been a Kafka-esque carnival of horrors that I’m yet to be free of. If you’re reading this and you are considering using a Broward Health physician or doctor, my advice would be to RUN AND HIDE. Lock your doors, hug your families, and thank the Lord you don’t have to deal with this deeply dysfunctional and cynical healthcare provider.

Broward Health Physician Group - Fort Lauderdale Mike Kurry: Saw Dr Lucia Blanchard today for a bi-annual follow up. Everyone in the office is very nice and cordial and except for my pcp not sending in a referral and it taking 3 calls to get it, there were no problems or delays. Dr Blanchard and I discussed future tests and advantages and disadvantages of having a procedure done. The next test will determine what happens next.
