Sarh Max The front desk clerk was quick and professional in getting us right in. Our nurse, Adrian, was exceptional. She constantly kept us updated throughout the process, and my spouse said she was gentle when it came to inserting the IV. The hospital and rooms were very clean. The only thing we all agreed on was that the doctor was rude and short with us. He was a bald, 510 mid-40s male doctor.

Ellie G Usually hospitals but everyone here was so nice and the doctor was very empathetic treated me right away! Never in my life have I had this type of service… They gave me the warmest blanket, as if taken out of the dryer.. and the doctor tried to save me money! God bless!

Rhonda Haire Dr Farhat has been a primary doctor for my mom for many years since he first came to town. She had issues with severe bile reflux for many of those years. She was being treated by an internal Dr who referred out of town for the bile reflux issue. She had gotten so bad that ER visits with phenomia were becoming the norm. Dr Farhat researched and found a Dr in town to see her. Within a few weeks from the first visit with this Dr, she had surgery to take care of the issue. With him wanting to keep her in town she is in her recovery as we speak. My mom praises him daily for saving her life and her current recovery process. She no longer is having the reflux issue.

Sunday Reams I also have been going to Dr. FARHAT SINCE I MOVED HERE , about 17 years ago. I always had complete confidence in Dr. Farhat. He was the best doctor in st Augustine. I was informed at my last visit a couple weeks ago. He could no longer treat me since I have Medicare and Blue cross , unless I joined humana . It will be hard to find another doctor like him. He took good care of me all these years. He went through quiet a few doctors to find a doctor to do the disk surgery I needed an that surgery has given me my quality of life back. I am heartbroken I will have to find someone else. Florence Reams

J Hitch Dr. Vu is the best! His staff is as well! I went there today for a consultation for some procedures and had some face fillers done. He is the nicest doctor and so professional! He is honest and not pushy. I was very impressed and felt very comfortable there! All of staff are very friendly and the office is very nice!

Jamie Field Love Dr Maetozo and all the staff they make every effort to ensure you’re comfortable and heathy. I have moved an hour away however the relationship I’ve formed is well worth my time to still go here.

January Turner Take the negative reviews of this practice A.K.A Maetozo Total Womans Care of St Augustine, Florida very seriously. The medical staff here are dismissive, Insensitive, and arent sufficiently trained in my opinion on treatment or supporting patients. Many times you cant get in touch with office staff. Ive had front office staff recommend medication to me without direction from my provider, and just recently a scheduled essential procedure was canceled the day before the appointment. I could go on and on about their hidden charges, inability to discuss treatment options, and gaslighting about your health concerns but Id be here all day. Do yourself a favor and find a practice that cares about you.

Annie Joy Physician’s Pain Center employs the most caring, compassionate people who take your pain seriously. You are made to feel like you are important to the staff and that you are getting the most excellent care. Everyone there from the top notch physicians to the receptionist will treat you with empathy and respect. My pain, though severe, is now manageable and I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Patel and the PAs for all their help and care.

Chris Hazlett The staff here is very friendly but also very professional. They are strict regarding pill count so don’t try to mess with them! That being said, they are also quite compassionate. If you really have chronic pain. You can’t do better than these folks.

Dawn A Thayer DR HUANG is the most knowledgeable primary care MD who listens, problem solved with me in may ways. She has provided my husband & I with high quality health care. when I moved to St Augustine I was very unhappy on the primary care doctors I kept trying. I ended having surgery and ask my surgeon-Dr Hsu who he would recommend. He refered me to her. I have been pleased with not only the excellent quality of care she offers but also her responsiveness to calls when Ive needed her help or when she calls me after test. She is professional and kind , accepts my input and involves me indecisions about caring for my health. I appreciated being treated by this caring and knowledgeable physician. I was in the hospital on vacation. I had them send her my records. She found a mass that no one else found with all the xrays that have been taken of me thru the years. Thank you Dr Huang for being so through.

Patricia Ducher As a retired RN, I believe having a knowledgeable primary care MD who listens and problem solved with me is critical to high quality health care. I researched various doctors in the area and have been pleased with not only the excellent quality of care she offers but also her responsiveness to calls when Ive needed her help. Additionally she is gentle, professional and kind , accepts my input and involves me indecisions about caring for my health. george sommerer Not sure where the patient info comes from, or how up-to-date it is, but recently asked about "experience" at cardiovascular rehab that supposedly took place 2 days ago. My husband (the subject of the survey) passed away almost a year ago. Having them ask about his "recent experience" was so insensitive and rude! I found it unnerving to receive this email. Certainly hope they did not submit an insurance claim for rehab session that could not have taken place.

Dr. Omar is great at explaining things to make it easy to understand nutrition and what my priorities needed to be for weight loss. Because of them, I have had great results so far!

B. McDavitt at my first appointment the doctor was well over an hour behind in his schedule and was ON THE ROOF of the building while 3 patients waited in his waiting room. I had to leave and reschedule. When I met the doctor the following visit, he was kind, professional and easy to speak with. During that appointment I listed for them the medications I am currently taking one of which is an oinment (muprocin) that is needed for an intermittent skin condition. I called a month ago and asked the office to put a rx on file at my pharmacy so when the condition popped up it was easily dealt with. I called back at the end of the same day to inform the receptionist it had not been called in yet and she assured me it would be. Fast forward a month, I call the pharmacy to have the rx filled and low and behold it had NEVER BEEN SUBMITTED. I call the office to inquire and they tell me there is nothing in the sytem and he is not in the office so they dont know when he will be able to fill it. Why would I subject myself to this as a patient?

David Nails Home Health is tough. You never know what sort of situation youre walking into, apart the patient. The staff here at Flagler Health Home Care conduct themselves very well, very professional, and they make the best of every situation.

Saint Augustine Nurse Nadine is a tyrant. She makes sure her patients follow their orders. However her brash approach, she always leaves me happy at the end. Sometimes I wonder if I should have gone elsewhere, but mostly I know I made the right choice here at Flagler Health Home Care.

Melissa Mesch Dr. Bass is so kind and refreshingly direct. She has compassion and has helped me with getting healthier.

Madison Timmons Love Dr. Bass! The staff is great and I never have to wait long. If I have an issue I’m able to get in pretty quick.

Veronica Miller Choosing a new doctor is so stressful, but we made the right choice! I am so grateful for Dr. Elizabeth Looney Di and her team! She spent quality time with my husband and me, answering questions and explaining medications. She is reasonable and not quick to push expensive or unnecessary tests, while at the same time being very transparent about the risks versus benefits. We both left feeling heard, which says a lot when youre leaving a doctors office!

Tracy Lane I have loved the staff and care at the fhcp pharmacy until today. I lost my insurance and tried to get my prescription and pay out of pocket for it. Even with refills remaining, I was told they could not fill my prescription at all because my insurance was canceled. I just switched jobs and knew I would have 2 months without coverage. I have paid cash for prescriptions many times throughout my life. Some because I didnt want to use the brand insurance preferred, others when changing jobs. I never in my wildest dreams thought a company that is supposed to care about your medical wellbeing would refuse to fill your prescription with a valid prescription in file.

Last month had to wait a day and a half after my office visit before my meds were sent over to the pharmacy.. wish she would just write mine out on paper.

Martha Round I have always thought that my needs are met well with any of the medical staff. My only com0laint today was the long wait until I was seen. My appt was at 11:20 but I was not called in for my procedure until 12:15. I know that sometimes things can back up, but this was very unusual

Dr. Elliot took time to explain, answer questions, our concerns and all without the fuss and friendly demeanor & professionalism. We like her immensely and would not hesitate to recommend her.

S Squared Dr. Elliott is a great doctor. I had my initial appointment with her and she listened, discussed, and explained. She then addressed some concerns and again explained more than other doctors I have met. So happy to be under her care.

John Swinter I spent the morning texting with Nancy (apparently they dont accept phone calls). Trying to schedule a new patient annual physical and to complete a form from my eye specialist prior to cataract surgery... it was a complete waste of time. I was told that I needed to go back to the eye specialist that referred me, completely confused I gave up and schedule with another provider. I wish yall much better outcome with this practice.
