5 /5 G S: Dr. Kendrick McArthur, with Associates in General and Vascular Surgery, is an excellent surgeon. He was recommended by my primary care physician and after being in Dr. McArthur’s care, I understand why. The first meeting/initial consultation with him was insightful. Dr. McArthur was very personable as he explained what was needed to address my medical needs. He patiently answered all my questions. This helped to foster confidence and trust in his diagnosis and my understanding of the surgical plan. Dr McArthur’s pre-op visit on the day of the surgery at the hospital, and while my spouse was present as well, reinforced our confidence in his competence and surgical expertise. The surgery went well, just as he had explained beforehand. Additional post surgery visits went well. Dr. McArthur thoroughly explained temporary limitations as well addressing any questions I had. I should also add that the staff at Associates in General and Vascular Surgery were all most helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with a special thank you to the nurse, Jen.
