1 /5 Dawn: I made an appointment for this doctor and the office people just keep giving me a run around with my PCP referral that has been faxed to them twice. They keep giving me a fax number to have it faxed again, but how many more times do I have to do this with the same results. I was even told to get it from my PCP and bring it to the appointment. But they have to approve it first or it won’t be covered by my insurance. They do not care about the patient at all, they do not take care of you here right from the start. Update: they have received the fax all of sudden after the other lady told me I had to go get it myself and bring it to the appointment or she could give me the fax again to fax it again. Different people tell you different things, so it is hard to trust anyone at this office. Also, they ended up cancelling my appointment because they have the power to do whatever they want even when your health is on the line. That is how compassionate they are at this office.
