No imagining center was able to completed, they called multiple times the dr’s office to correct his mistake in the order. The office never called back. I have called and left 3 messages and they still have not responded. Its been over a month. Stay away find another dr.

Kelly Cimilien: This center has a horrible service to patients. Especially getting any done in the referral department. Lastly i spoke to someone in that department regarding my upcoming appointment for 3/13/25 and when I follow up today with my eye doctor to see if everything good to go they informed me nothing yet leaving me to reschedule once again making it twice I have to miss my appointment because of Miami Beach community center can’t get their act together. This center has a very bad way of providing services to their patients and sadly to say I been coming there for many years and it always the same results.

Jae McQueen: If you over 16 weeks pregnant don’t bother coming. I was given the run around for 2 weeks prior then told that the doctor would call me but she never did. This was intentional so I wouldn’t be seen by the Obgyn since I would’ve been further in my pregnancy pass the deadline. I would’ve respected the Doc had she said she couldn’t take me instead of not calling at all. They very picky with who they accept. If you planning to do walk-ins set an appointment even if they tell you to do a walk in. Years ago the clinic was organized and professional now everyone lazy, unprofessional and picky with who they want to take.

The office is clean and kid-friendly, and its such a relief to find a pediatrician who combines expertise with a warm, approachable demeanor. Anyone would feel lucky to have found Dr. Alvarez and feel grateful for the excellent care their child receives. Highly recommend!
