The young ladies hardly almost NEVER answer the phone or are able to give the right information when it comes to preauthorizations. They also never are adamant about sending nothing in to your insurance. They basically donāt do their job, smh. Soon as they answer the phone, the immediately put you on hold for more than 20min at a time. So if youāre someone who doesnāt live close or have transportation to actually speak to someone in person about your issue, you will almost never be seen. If I can give them zero stars, I would. I definitely donāt recommend them. Theyāre the ones you would settle to come to for those on Medicaid but customer attentiveness & compassion, LACKS HORRIBLY. No one really helps.
