1 /5 shortykid701: Called to try get an appointment to get my ear looked at she said i dont think we can see you oh let me check whats your name then tells me if i havent been there before within 3 years which i have been before when my primary couldnt see me for days/weeks and i was having an issue. Rude and a waste of time just go to quik care instead of this place. What a joke

5 /5 Robert Mcmahon: About a month ago I went to Urgent Care to have a rash checked. Turned out to be poison ivy. I was in and out in an hour. Service was great and staff was friendly. Returned a few weeks later to have blood tests. Yes they were a little busier and it did take closer to 2 hours. People have to remember there are no appointments and first come first serve. Again staff friendly and courteous.

1 /5 Liz Baroody: Staff was great, I knew what was wrong with me, Doctor prescribed me only three days of an antibiotic, after taking last pill towards the end of the 12 hr interval my infection that started to get under control went full blown again and I was up all night waiting for the office to open. The website said they were open on Sunday but when I went to the office personally I found it was actually closed on Sundays. On the second try I finally found a urgent care facility and the doctor there who treated me could not believe I was only given three days of the antibiotic and said they would have never have prescribed the one I was given and after going back to the pharmacy the pharmacist said the same thing. In addition I had to pay a $60 co pay. Would never use this facility again.

5 /5 first last: I was in dire need of antibiotics and practically passing out from a bladder infection. This was the 3rd clinic I tried (first had a 2 hour wait and second didnt take United HealthCare!!!) I walked in very close to 6pm and although they were closing, I pleaded and they took pity on me and were gracious and kind. Dr. Mantineo was really wonderful as well as the staff and I cant thank them enough. Very professional, which I cant say for the first two clinics I tried.

AdventHealth Stuart F. Meyer Hospice Inpatient Center - Palm Coast Melissa: My grandmother went to Palm Coast and the care for both patient and family was superb. I cant say enough about nurse Kathy and her temple missing glasses. Nurse Kathy made all of us so comfortable and what she did for us, on one of the final nights of my grandmothers life - was truly beautiful and one of the most precious moments of my life. My loved one passed peacefully and comfortably. For that I will be forever grateful.

UF Health Flagler Hospital - St. Augustine Shaun S: I had a great experience at Flagler Hospital when delivering our baby. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, and the hospital staff was incredibly supportive. The nurses were especially amazing—they were professional, caring, and always available to help, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. Even though we didnt have any complications and didn’t need to interact with my doctor much, the care we received from the nursing team was outstanding. The hospital was clean, with modern facilities, and everything seemed well organized. The labor and delivery rooms were spacious and designed to make the process as easy as possible. My partner and I felt supported at every step, and the hospital staff communicated clearly, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the cost. While the care was excellent, Flagler Hospital is definitely on the pricier side. If you don’t have good insurance, be prepared for a hefty bill. Despite this, the quality of care made it worth it. If youre delivering here, I would recommend making sure your insurance is in good standing, as it can get expensive quickly. Overall, a positive experience and a hospital I would recommend for childbirth!

Michael Davis, DO - Palm Coast B: Amazing appointment with Dr Davis. We switched pediatricians after 2 appointments with Verdeflor (Pinnacle Pediatrics across the street from advent). After a horrible first vaccination appt for my first born happy baby boy I was nervous about how our appt with Dr Davis would go. After a lot of worrying I can whole heartedly say we absolutely loved Dr Davis and nurse Jessica. The office staff was caring and quick acting dealing with an issue caused by pinnacle pediatrics not inputting vaccine records into the Florida data base. They were caring and kind to us and our baby. Anyone in Palm coast looking for a pediatrician, go see Dr Davis. I wish we would’ve started out with him. The office is clean and welcoming. So much to like about such a wonderful Dr and Staff! See you in 2 months!

Medi Quick Urgent Care Center: Leventhal Jerry D MD - Palm Coast Kristopher Poirier: Been waiting 40 minutes and still waiting. More like eventual care not urgent care. Does not seem to care that Im in pain what so ever. No line yet no one is pulling me. Took them awhile to see me but doctor was cordial and great at his job. Worth the wait.

Dr. Renato A. Alfonso, MD - Palm Coast Hector Samario: I left this doctor because of his office staff. While Doctor Renato is very good, his office staff is NOT. You should plan on being frustrated by their lack of responsiveness to any call and/or front deck question. They will deflect, tell you that "you need to call so and so...", and not answer you question. And there is only ONE number to call, and I promise that you WILL be sent to voice mail and may never get a call back. It became so frustrating that I would drive to the office if I had any questions because they would not respond to voice messages. I hope Dr. Renato sees this post as I tried to get this message to him but, alas, his office staff "took my message".
