IT SHOULD BE A MAJOR CONCERN AND IT IS NOT SET UP IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER SO IT IS MOST FRUSTRATING TO MAKE A CALL TO SET UP AN APPT OR CONFIRM A CALL BACK TO THE DR!.OFTEN THE INITIAL GREETING WHEN CALLING IS STILL NOT TAKEN OFF ANSWERING SERVICE OR MESSAGE IS JUST CONTINUED TO REPLAY INITIAL GREETING INSTEAD OF A PERSON! THE PHONE AND ITS EFFICIENCY IS PART OF SUCCESS OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! WHICH MEANS EVERYONE HAS BEEN CONNECTED TO THE CORRECT DEPT OR PERSON WITHIUT DELAY OR CONFUSION!
