I felt like they truly cared about me and my concerns. Everyone in the office was very nice. No issues encountered and everyone was super knowledgeable. I am extremely happy i picked this facility.

Tia the Medical Assistant was so knowledgeable and made sure to schedule me for blood work the moment I provided her with my medical history. The APRN was extremely professional, answered all my questions & provided me with a treatment plan to figure out what was happening with my knee! Already referred 5 friends and my husband.

5 /5 Arnold Bernard: I have been a patient of Dr. Doctor for more than 10 years. She is completely honest and knows my health issues without having to look it up. She has treated me for many illnesses and conditions over the years. I come away from my appointment knowing what my condition is and what to do about it. She keeps me updated on current treatments and knows what the potential issues with certain medications are and how they affect me. Her staff is excellent and helpful. They are always polite and supportive. A special shoutout to her NP Robin Santiago. She is always available and she is a sweet kind person. I know that when I either have an appointment in office or a virtual appointment I’m getting the best care. I highly recommend Dr. Trudell Doctor’s practice 1000%z

Carlos Serpa: What can I say? I have been a patient of Dr Rogovin for about 15 years. During my various moves around town I kept him as my PCP. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Dr Rogovin is always very friendly, shows that he cares for his patients and I feel I can speak with him about any topic related to my health. Moreover I have by now also been taken care of by the two physician assistants in his practice and they are wonderful too. Kara, one of the PA’s listened to my concerns and promptly provided me the medicine, letter and referral for my various needs at the time. I recommend Dr Rogovin whole heartedly.

I gave her a few pages of notes on my past medical history and she went through each point asking me questions and inputing it into her database. She was very smart, compassionate and had me set up for yearly labs, X Rays and referral to a specialist by the end of our visit. I was very impressed, as I have been a nurse for several decades and appreciate good physicians. PS- The office staff was efficient and helpful as well.

Michael: I went to Dr. Raxenberg for many years until I lost all faith in him and Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches. I went to an appointment and obtained pre-clearance for an upcoming surgery. I was told that they would send the clearance form to the surgeon. Days later, as Im on my way to the surgery I received a call from the surgeons office saying they never received the clearance form from Dr. Raxenberg and my surgery would be delayed. I called Dr. Raxenbergs office and had an unreal, idiotic conversation during which one of his admin staff casually mentioned Im sorry, we seem to have lost the record of your recent clearance appointment; could you please come in for another exam? What?! I said there was no way I could do that and still be in time for my surgery. Sadly, it didnt seem to bother the admin staff that the loss of my records meant I wouldnt be able to proceed with a surgery I had worked months to schedule. No apologies, no nothing. I asked the admin I was if she could please have Dr. Raxenberg call me. Nothing but crickets since then, except for phone calls from his staff saying Im overdue for my annual checkup. Not a chance! Its been over two year. I never heard from Dr. Raxenberg or received an apology for Medical Specialists losing my medical records (a violation of HIPPA rules in itself). I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid Dr. Raxenberg and Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches.
