Dr. Mouna Bacha, MD - Clearwater (FL)

1 /5 David Casey: Im a 61 yr old male. Lived in clearwater for 20 yrs. Dr bacha was my doctor who i enjoyed. Had to leave Florida in 2020 to go back to ny to oversee my mothers care. She passed away a couple months ago at 95. God bless her. Anyhow here i am back in clearwater, called to make an appointment and of course I was greeted with the unfriendly Julie who I remembered. She said I could no longer be a patient because I changed doctors. I said ,yes I did,to a doctor in ny. I said was dr bacha going to fly to ny to see me. Anyhow its a godsend. Because Julie and I got in .more arguments because of how rude and disrespectful she is. Its a shame because the rest of the office couldnt be more helpful. Julie should be dealing with customers in a funeral home

H.: Just called the office this morning ,12/26/24 to request medication refill for my 93 year old client,and had conversation with very rude and nasty female employee whose is taking Keenas place,because Keena is on vacation. She Didnt even let me talk and explain what I needed ,she was talking over me,until I told her that I will make sure to make complain to Dr.Basha or Dr. Keenan,and after that point I didnt even want to talk to her anymore. I called back to talk to someone else besides her, but she told me no one is available to take the phone call.I hope that Dr.Basha or Dr.Keenan will read this review, because no one needs to deal with nasty health care employees .

5 /5 Jeanne Gerswick: Love Dr Bacha and Dr Kanaan. I have been with them over 15 years. They are great doctors and they always have their patients heath issues as their major concerns. I’m so sorry that I had to change because I moved out of the area.

5 /5 Mary Byrne: This office has cared for me and my family since the 90s. Dr Bacha and her husband Dr. Kahnaan are two very skilled doctors with a lot of compassion and intellect. My husband just passed away March 19, 2024. Everyone here was so compassionate to my family. The whole team is great. This is an excellent office. Highly recommend. Mary Byrne Lomonaco

5 /5 Janita Gwaltney: Dr. Bacha and her staff are so nice and care about the patients 110%. I am a reg nurse myself and after taking my mother to see Dr. Bacha I plan to start seeing Dr. Bacha myself.....its been a long time since I have seen such a down to earth sweet caring doctor like Dr Bacha. All of the staff were wonderful with my Mom...it was heartwarming to see such kindness with the elderly. I feel BLESSED to have found this place!!!!
