1 /5 David Casey: Im a 61 yr old male. Lived in clearwater for 20 yrs. Dr bacha was my doctor who i enjoyed. Had to leave Florida in 2020 to go back to ny to oversee my mothers care. She passed away a couple months ago at 95. God bless her. Anyhow here i am back in clearwater, called to make an appointment and of course I was greeted with the unfriendly Julie who I remembered. She said I could no longer be a patient because I changed doctors. I said ,yes I did,to a doctor in ny. I said was dr bacha going to fly to ny to see me. Anyhow its a godsend. Because Julie and I got in .more arguments because of how rude and disrespectful she is. Its a shame because the rest of the office couldnt be more helpful. Julie should be dealing with customers in a funeral home

H.: Just called the office this morning ,12/26/24 to request medication refill for my 93 year old client,and had conversation with very rude and nasty female employee whose is taking Keenas place,because Keena is on vacation. She Didnt even let me talk and explain what I needed ,she was talking over me,until I told her that I will make sure to make complain to Dr.Basha or Dr. Keenan,and after that point I didnt even want to talk to her anymore. I called back to talk to someone else besides her, but she told me no one is available to take the phone call.I hope that Dr.Basha or Dr.Keenan will read this review, because no one needs to deal with nasty health care employees .

5 /5 Jeanne Gerswick: Love Dr Bacha and Dr Kanaan. I have been with them over 15 years. They are great doctors and they always have their patients heath issues as their major concerns. I’m so sorry that I had to change because I moved out of the area.

5 /5 Mary Byrne: This office has cared for me and my family since the 90s. Dr Bacha and her husband Dr. Kahnaan are two very skilled doctors with a lot of compassion and intellect. My husband just passed away March 19, 2024. Everyone here was so compassionate to my family. The whole team is great. This is an excellent office. Highly recommend. Mary Byrne Lomonaco

5 /5 Janita Gwaltney: Dr. Bacha and her staff are so nice and care about the patients 110%. I am a reg nurse myself and after taking my mother to see Dr. Bacha I plan to start seeing Dr. Bacha myself.....its been a long time since I have seen such a down to earth sweet caring doctor like Dr Bacha. All of the staff were wonderful with my Mom...it was heartwarming to see such kindness with the elderly. I feel BLESSED to have found this place!!!!

Community Care Diagnostic Clinic - Largo Jac: I was a patient of Dr. Brvenik for 10+ years at DC. I had no plans to look for another PCP after receiving a notice of DC closing. I would have followed her anywhere she would go. I was extremely happy and relieved when I learned that she ans several of her colleagues were opening new practice at the same location. I was able to schedule my appointment without any issues and was seen by Dr. Brvenik this week. My first appointment at the new clinic was great. I like the new office with many familiar faces and I am confident I made a right decision to stick with the doctor I like, trust, and respect. I also downloaded my medical records from DC using "Healow" app and provided them to the new office. I know from experience that any new startup (whether its a small business or a medical practice) would need time to get everything up and running perfectly, and we, patients, just need to be patient and understanding.

Dean Kimberly A DO - Largo Jay Anon: After being diagnosed with stage four cancer of undetermined origin we came to Largo for a second opinion. After being told a referral was necessary I contacted Dr Dean’s office. The receptionist had an attitude from the beginning and then put the office manager on the phone. It became clear that the receptionist acts like that because the office manager is even more rude. They both interrupted me repeatedly and when the manager was asked if she would like to be treated this way or her family treated rudely she said she would guarantee I would not be seen in her office. Apparently they believe patients are to accept being treated rudely and ask for more mistreatment and then thank them for the privilege of being treated like something they stepped in. It makes me wonder if Dr Dean knows how they act and uses it as a tool to manage her caseload. It’s unfathomable to me that someone working in a doctors office would speak to someone this way, much less a manager and especially a cancer patient.

Dr. Helen C. Brvenik, MD - Largo Mary Brooks: Seen this doctor twice, was no resolve to either problem that i presented with.. they were both very easy fixes.. Now I will have to find another doctor, who WANTS to help me.. 1 ⭐️

Justin Nudell, DO - Largo Robert Corty: He performed an unnecessary, invasive procedure on a family member of mine that caused a life-threatening complication -- esophageal perforation. He never apologized, nor checked on her in the hospital, nor managed her recovery, which took three years and required a thoracotomy (open chest surgery) and a laparoscopy (open abdomen surgery). She came to him for constipation and his plan to address it was an upper endoscopy with dilation, which makes no medical sense but pays well. He has betrayed his oath in pursuit of a payday. Stay far away! For context, I am a doctor, but not a GI doctor.

Nicholas Z. Okeson, D.O. - Largo Ashley Stewart: Office doesnt do STAT authorization request? A patient was referred to our office by Dr. Nicholas Okeson, my doctor wanted to do an ultrasound while patient was in the office. The staff here stated "they get too many authorization requests, that they dont do STAT authorization request" I completely understand that a lot of authorization requests come in but if something is STAT why should the patient suffer because the office isnt staffed enough to handle stat authorization requests? So what is a patient to do that needs something done stat, go to the emergency room? Seems like horrible patient care to me.

WEST COAST PRIMARY CARE: Martinez Eduardo MD - Largo Dev Harris: Been a patient here for many years and have received wonderful care here to manage my long term maladies. Office and support staff are friendly and helpful. In a rare pinch, I received after hours callback from my doctor on the evening of July 4th when I had an adverse reaction to new medication. This is top notch care!

Fansler Tracy S MD - Largo Kally Doyle: I just had my first appointment with Dr.Fansler and this is the first time ever I have had a doctor actually listen and take the time to really get an understanding for the confusing variety of symptoms I have been experiencing...she was professional and also had great bedside manner and I am actually feeling hopeful for the first time that I can have a provider who is thorough and can help me get answers! She sat me down in her office first for an interview to collect my medical history and she showed genuine interest in helping me get to the bottom of things. I am really impressed as I have never had any type of doctor or specialist show this much care or dedicate so much time to my needs. She seems very knowledgeable and was not dismissive at all. I am very excited to continue to work with her!
