1 /5 Mark B: Seriously disappointed in the poor communication options. It was 4:15pm on a Thursday when I tried to call in and let them know I needed a prescription refill/dose change [per their own protocol]. Their office hours are 8-5 M-Th. I was greeted with a nice answering service representative, who had no suggestions on how to let them know my request, other than call back on Monday. This center is closed on Fridays. I dont begrudge closing early, if all the work is done, but there should be a communication method to relay issues/needs when one calls within working hours. Staff is very nice, operational protocols need work.
