5 /5 Kelly Edwards: Dr. Mechanic is an angel who came into my life with impeccable timing as my body was attempting to recover from a very serious complication from a routine medical procedure at an outside facility. For months, I struggled as my body refused to cooperate with treatments. I cannot say enough good things about this physician, from her expert clinical skills, to her unique compassion and drive to treat each patient as an individual, to how on top of my care she has been from day one. She has done incredible work while instilling hope that brighter days were ahead, and indeed, she was right. I’m blessed to have Dr. Olivia Mechanic as my primary care physician and cardiologist, and look forward to remaining her patient for many years to come!

1 /5 Robert Daniel: Dr. Mechanic seems incredibly thoughtful, kind, and capable based on her profile and all these positive reviews. Unfortunately, I won’t get a chance to see for myself, as after waiting two months for my appointment, it was cancelled online (with no phone call) four days before the appointment. After calling to check, I found out it’s because she’s moving to a Concierge system at $10k/year. I understand it’s tough to make a living as a non-procedural physician these days, but I would have stopped taking new appointments, and seen the current appointments through, especially if people were waiting 2+ months. I hope she manages her new, Concierge-only, office with better judgment and compassion for her patients going forward.

5 /5 Gracy weberman: we were using Dr Mechanic a few years before she became concierge - yes 8k is a lot of money but it was worth every single penny - before my mother went to 7 different doctors- no one knew what the other Dr was prescribing and my mother was so sleepy and lethargic - thanks to Dr Mechanic who went though line by line of every rx that she was on and calibrated them all- yes it did take a few months but we thank god every day for dr mechanic- she truly cares and is always responsive and thats what makes her care so excellent - no question is stupid or unimportant to her - by answering so promptly the Dr makes the situation proactive instead of reactive any anyone who knows me - i never sugar coat anything and tell it like it is if there were more Drs like her - our family members would be definitely healthier i wish there was a ten star i could give thank you for the outstanding care

1 /5 Jack Tolin: Only giving one star because you have to. This Dr. runs her office in a most unprofessional way. We waited 5 months to see her and she decides to become a concierge Doctor. Her office never notified us that she closed her Key Biscayne office and is only taking on patients that can pay her fees. Money trumps patients and professionalism.

5 /5 Elissa: New patient experience: 5 Stars These were the first words out of Dr Mechanics mouth "Hi, I reviewed your records before coming in, so I would be familiar with your history" WOW! I dont believe Ive ever heard that before. I found Dr Mechanic to be intelligent, thoughtful, caring and a good listener. Exactly the qualities I want in a doctor. Highly recommend
