1 /5 Jocelyn Barton: He sent me a letter, releasing me as a patient because at our last appointment, he hurt me when injecting the needle near the front of my mouth. I cried out and it made him mad, and he started to ridicule me because I have a phobia of needles, and then try to defend himself that he didn’t hurt me. It felt like the needle was going through my nose. I didn’t plan on ever going back to him anyway. He was unprofessional, rude, and had an attitude. I think he forgets that I am the patient paying him not the other way around. Thank you for your letter Dr. Richmond. I’ll be taking this as far as I can.
