5 /5 Jim Elkins: This is the marvelously professional doctors office. The staff is efficient and caring. One characteristic of the office just burns me up. The reception staff, as far as I can see, rarely greets anyone who first comes into the office. I am a retired staff trainer. I can see that they are always quite busy there at the front desk. But there is no reason why they cannot look up and say, “hi. Make yourself comfortable. I’ll be right with you.“ The habit of ignoring everyone in the room until it is convenient for them is a habit that needs to be broken.
