Mari Jo Hataway: I have been a dental patient at this clinic since Dec 2022. The first appointment involved trays, exam and a good cleaning by a dental hygienist. I was nit examined by a dentist. The second visit in June 2023 was for a cleaning. During my appointment in December 2023, I was weighed (?) and then given a very perfunctory cleaning. When I asked about the yearly xrays, I was told, "Maybe well do that next time." Then she said she was going to do a cancer check, which involved me opening my mouth and her briefly looking inside. A couple of weeks later I was told by my insurance company that they didnt cover "cancer checks" so I have to pay that out of my own pocket. I have never seen a dentist in this clinic. I will be finding another dentists office.
