1 /5 Judy Reep: During Covid this office does not utilize safety, mask not worn properly by employees, my dental hygienist, Niki? stated she did not believe in mask! No one washed their hands that I noticed!
As a new patient no one introduced themself, did not know who the dentist was until she placed her hands in my mouth! she did not introduce herself, the hygienist did not introduce herself prior to conducting x-rays! I asked her her name prior to the cleaning. I was in & out quickly with a minimum cleaning my husband was left sitting in a room for over an hour prior to his cleaning. He said no one ever introduced themselves! Most office employees & clients did not wear a mask at all or improperly. The office did not appear to be clean! Equipment uncover cleaning unsure! No clients had their temps taken while we were there. Very concerned about clients health at this location. We did call prior to scheduling appointments for information regarding the facilities procedures, we did ask about ppe & safety precautions! Will not recommend!!
