Quiet, calm office. They make me feel like I am the only patient being seen that day. My only regret is that I didn’t get established as a patient here sooner.

From LeAnn to Diane to Dr. Tomas Perez to the hygienist, every staff member was friendly, professional, informative, and helpful. After my initial exam, they were able to add on a cleaning right after, to save me a second trip. Although this is more than an hours drive for me, the trip is well worth it, given my experience.

Desoto County Department of Health - Arcadia Morgan Way: Whoever answers the nursing staff line was very rude! And hung up on me while I was speaking to her. I was calling from a pharmacy to clarify a patients prescription and was hung up in the middle of talking. Customer service is everything and that staff member should not be answering the phone. She’s there to help people not hang up on them.
