Morgan Way: Whoever answers the nursing staff line was very rude! And hung up on me while I was speaking to her. I was calling from a pharmacy to clarify a patients prescription and was hung up in the middle of talking. Customer service is everything and that staff member should not be answering the phone. She’s there to help people not hang up on them.
