I left the practice and my family left because of how poorly the office communicates with its patients. It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE under ANY circumstance to get a call back from anyone . Try it YOURSELF , leave a message to talk to a PA or staff member and you will likely NEVER get a call back. This practice is NOT about caring for the patient, it’s about maximizing revenue for the practice. My 95 year old mother left an urgent message requesting a call back. She NEVER got a call back. Rowland is a capable doctor who let his practice become a dysfunctional mess. Now I understand that they are transitioning to a VIP Conciege pay to play service. Why in the world would patients trust their care by paying a premium when the entire practice has lost the trust on many of the patients. Rowland provided a good service, years ago, but he needs to open his eye to see what poor service his patients are now experiencing .
