5 /5 june faucette: I was completely impressed with Dr. Hood at my appointment. He may be a little quiet…but extremely thorough. Was very gentle with throat scope. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

3 /5 Laura Schultz: I don’t recommend this practice. I had a deviated septum & turbinate reduction surgery a couple of years ago and could breathe better than before but still felt like I couldn’t get air all the way through my nose and my nose seemed to get congested after I would eat. The Doctor said everything looked okay and was sort of dismissive saying that maybe it is my hormones and then referred me to a holistic Doctor. Thankfully I found another ENT practice. The Doctor there scoped my nose and said my septum was still deviated, my turbinates were still enlarged, and I had a mild nasal valve collapse. They fixed all three things and now I can breathe fully through my nose and have zero issues. It is disappointing that I was told that everything was okay when clearly it wasn’t.

2 /5 james Harnish: Dr Miller diagnosed me with sudden deafness in my right ear I did an MRI ordered by him to find out what the problem was you said he would call me let me know what the prognosis was I waited almost a month I never spoke to him spoke to someone in the office said it was normal would not recommend this practice or Dr Miller

5 /5 Mike Ferguson: If youre lucky enough to have Dr. Andrew Mallon as your doc.... youre lucky enough! Hes very knowledgeable and eager to help. Did I mention hes personable too. I had sinus surgery to open my passage... what a difference... I can breathe! Thank you Dr. Mallon for all you do helping us.

1 /5 Kate Gogolen: I scheduled an appointment for my husband due to discomfort and pain in his right ear. However, his experience at this office left much to be desired. Despite expressing his concerns, the doctor, a woman, examined both ears and claimed to find nothing wrong. Instead of addressing the issue comprehensively, she suggested he undergo a hearing test. When he inquired about having the test done during the appointment, he was bluntly informed that it wasnt possible and that hed need to return. The brevity of the consultation—less than five minutes—and the lack of any meaningful information left us feeling frustrated, especially considering the substantial fee of over $200. Given that the office specializes in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) issues, one would expect a more thorough evaluation, including a hearing test, especially when the patient presents with ear troubles. Comparatively, our sons pediatric ENT doctor has consistently provided comprehensive care for his ear issues. Its disappointing that this particular ENT doctors couldnt emulate the same level of care and attention to detail.
