1 /5 Rhonda Smith: My husband and myself HAD been patients of BAYCARE Bartow family for 5 yrs. My husband has serious health problems. I added an insurance and had it approved before his visit. The day of visit they sent him away from being seen saying non par insurance but the BAYCARE MEDICARE insurance we have should had been taken. It is against every policy to turn away a patient .. I will be taking this further!!!!
